We are looking for an AI Testing Accreditation Manager to lead and manage the accreditation lifecycle for AI testing service providers. This role will be responsible for reviewing applications, evaluating technical testing capabilities, making accreditation recommendations, managing renewals and ensuring the accreditation programme remains credible, consistent and aligned with evolving AI testing and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full accreditation lifecycle for AI testing service providers, including application review, technical evaluation, accreditation decisions and annual renewals.
• Evaluate applicant firms against defined accreditation criteria, including their technical testing competency and ability to deliver AI testing services.
• Assess firms’ claimed AI testing services against established guidelines and frameworks, including testing approaches for LLM-based applications, safety and reliability.

• Develop and maintain accreditation documentation, evaluation rubrics and assessment guidelines to ensure consistency and rigour across all accreditation reviews.

• Prepare clear and structured evaluation reports, accreditation recommendations and programme documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in GenAI / Agentic AI systems evaluation, technical testing, software quality assurance, audit, certification, accreditation or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of AI system development lifecycles, including Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Good understanding of AI safety, reliability, governance and responsible AI considerations.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the efficient, accurate and well-controlled execution of private assets operations by supporting end-to-end fund activities across the investment lifecycle. Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:

· Deliver operational excellence through effective management of complex technical solutions and large and complex electrical projects / multiple jobs

· Work on electrical projects from inception, through strategic planning and concept to detailed design planning and resourcing effectively to meet budgets and targets

· Lead and manage M&E project teams by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes

· Identify and implement profit maximisation and cost management strategies

· Responsible for analysis of information, production of design, tenders, proposals and technical report writing

· Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants

· In charge of jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting

· Respond to client enquiries about technical issues in a way that maximises understanding

· Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking and consulting skills

· Mentor and coach junior peers across the M&E discipline

Key Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (recognized by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore, will be an advantage)
• At least 7 years of experience from an engineering consulting environment is preferred
• Certified Professional Engineer will be an advantage
• Experience leading roles for design & design management of healthcare, commercial and/or institutional projects
• Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures
• Competent user of relevant engineering software, Building Information Modelling and Navisworks
• Excellent delegation and communication skills, which see you enlist the help of others to meet objectives

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Beauty Manager or similar role

• Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Key Functions

• Maintaining and expanding client relationships through regular client contact and communications with Internal teams
• Renegotiation of client contracts where necessary and ensuring retention of ATPI’s client base
• Managing the profitability of existing clients
• Carrying out implementation of new clients won
• Carrying out Management Information analysis and providing consultative analysis to the client on a regular basis
• Building good working relationships with the Sales & Operations Managers and their respective teams
• Maintaining accurate records in company designated database – Microsoft Dynamics
• Assisting credit control by ensuring clients are paying to contracted terms
• Providing a monthly report to Head of Account Management on key achievements, activities, focus areas and requirements for your region
• Any task as delegated by management

2. Qualifications, Key Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-2 Years experience in Customer Service and Account Management
• Fluent in English, Oral and Written
• Energetic, Analytical, and Customer Focused.
• Travel Management Company (TMC) Account Management experience preferred but not essential.

Job Description & Requirements

• Lead and manage technical teams handling plant maintenance, equipment servicing, and building maintenance works.
• Oversee 24/7 breakdown support operations and ensure rapid response for critical plant issues.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise maintenance schedules, shutdown works, and project deployments.
• Conduct site inspections, identify technical problems and provide effective engineering solutions.
• Manage operations on Jurong Island, including manpower planning, safety coordination, and permit processes.
• Ensure proper servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment and machinery.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams for mechanical, electrical, and civil-related issues.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare work reports, quotations, maintenance records and project updates.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, especially for Jurong Island sites.
• Guide, mentor and train technicians and supervisors.
• Handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Able to work well with others as a competent team and team leader.
• Able to work flexible hours, night shift and Sundays if required
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical & Communication Engineering. Or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical & Communication Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Knowledge on the tools, equipment, and materials common to the Mechanical & Electrical trade.
• Knowledge on hydraulic & pneumatic system & control.
• Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards and regulations.
• Skill in the installation,repair and maintenance of all types of electrical system equipment and components.
• Skill in both verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independent and self-responsible manner.
• Able to work on an 8 hours rotating shifts.
• Flexible to work on Sundays & Public Holidays.
• Class 3 License Required
