Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Growth Ownership

Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned channels and accounts.

• Deliver agreed sales and revenue budgets

• Drive both sell-in and sell-through growth

• Expand revenue contribution across key accounts and channel

• Identify growth opportunities through assortment, pricing, promotions, and channel expansion

2. Key Account Management

• Build strong relationships with retail buyers and decision-makers

• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, promotions, rebates, and trading terms

• Secure new product listings and expand SKU presence

• Plan and manage promotional calendars and retail campaigns

3. Distribution Expansion

• Identify and onboard new retail accounts and distribution partners

• Expand presence into new outlets, doors, and retail channels

• Develop channel expansion strategies to increase market coverage and revenue contribution

4. Sales & Retail Execution

• Oversee promotional execution across retail channels

• Ensure strong retail display visibility and merchandising standards

• Monitor stock availability and inventory movement

• Conduct regular store visits and retail performance reviews

• Work closely with distributors and retail teams to ensure execution excellence

5. Team Leadership & Development

• Set weekly priorities and sales objectives

• Coach team members to improve execution and commercial performance

6. Commercial Reporting & Analysis

• Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports

• Identify key risks, opportunities, and market developments
