Global Deployment Mission

Our primary focus is on facilitating, supporting, and coordinating elements crucial for projects success, including strategic alignment, enabling tool or platform integration, and adherence to timelines 

Role Overview 

As part of the Global Deployment organization, the APAC Deployment Lead/PMO owns end-to-end delivery of deployments across APAC (inclusive of India) markets, combining program management discipline with hands-on deployment leadership. This role is accountable for tasks such as client onboarding planning, requirement and risk validation, cross-functional coordination, escalation management, regional governance, and transition to BAU, ensuring deployments are well-planned, consistently executed, and fully visible to local, regional, and global stakeholders.  

The role serves as APAC’s primary interface into the Global Deployment ecosystem, ensuring regional execution aligns with global standards, while reflecting local market needs to drive high-quality deployment outcomes. 

Core Responsibilities 

• End-to-End deployment ownership from intake through GoLive and BAU transition, validating scope, requirements, readiness, and dependencies while coordinately delivery with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met and properly managed 

• Serve as primary point of contact for APAC-specific deployment execution 

• Effectively manage relationships with cross-functional teams such as Ops, Product, Sales Engineering, CS, Sales, and other critical project stakeholders 

• Centrally lead necessary governance for regional projects, acting as point of escalation and cascading for internal feedback loops for process development 

• Drive delivery discipline through structured project planning, timeline maintenance, RAID logs, execution tracking, and documentation 

• Maintain a regional pulse for Global Deployment pipeline capacity and resource planning  

• Contribute to global dashboarding and program reporting for APAC deployment activities to provide leadership with clear summaries of risks, blockers, and support needs 

• Capture lessons learned, maintain regional documentation and SOPs, and contribute to ongoing evolution of Global Deployment playbooks, FAQs, and ways of working

Job Title: Record to Report (RTR) Manager / Tower Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and experienced professional to lead our Record to Report (RTR) tower. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership capabilities. This role demands end-to-end ownership of RTR processes, team management, and collaboration with senior stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the RTR tower, overseeing Month-End Close (MEC), journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting

• Supervise a team of 10+ members, including Team Leads, Analysts, and Associates

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of balance sheet account reconciliations and financial reporting

• Collaborate with Controllers and senior management during MEC to meet deadlines and resolve escalations

• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization across the RTR function

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster growth and performance

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and accounting standards

• Coordinate with other F&A towers (AP, AR, T&E) for cross-functional alignment

• Handle escalations from business partners with professionalism and prompt resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong academic background in Accounting or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter)

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with global stakeholders

• Deep understanding of

o Golden rules of accounting

o Direct and indirect expenses

o Gross profit, Net profit, EBIT

o Accrual accounting, prepaids, amortization

o Fixed asset accounting and depreciation methodologies

o Bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation

o Book value vs. market value

o Consolidation of financial statements

• Proficiency in SAP, Blackline, and MS Excel

• Strong decision-making ability in high-pressure situations

• Experience in managing audits (internal and external)
