Personal Health Care is a rapidly growing and exciting business that includes medicines, OTC products and food supplements. P&G's Personal Health Care business has an aggressive plan for growth, desiring to reach more consumers with outstanding health and wellness products via the introduction of new brands and products from a strong innovation pipeline and the expansion of existing products.

We are looking for a motivated individual to provide product safety leadership for our Personal Health Care business in Asia.  The role will involve preparation of safety assessments to support Personal Health Care products and ingredients from innovation through to launch, alongside development of product safety capability. Your Team

Located at the P&G Singapore Innovation Center at Biopolis, you will work closely with a diverse and global team of technical specialists. How does success look like

You will be the primary owner of category product safety knowledge, including key technologies, potential safety concerns, relevant habits & practices data, safety-related external  issues, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Support current and upstream R&D and business initiatives for Personal Health Care in one or more categories, on a regional and global basis
• Accountable for category product knowledge including key technologies/ingredients, potential safety concerns relevant to regions where products are to be distributed and/or sold, in market safety profile, external concerns and regulatory constraints in a Health Care context, covering oral, inhalation, injection and topical products. 
• Development of safety assessments for pharmaceutical actives and other ingredients used in P&G’s Personal Health Care portfolio.
• Develop safety related information for our internal and external business partners, consumers, and medical professionals on our major brands in Personal Health Care. This will involve evaluation of the question or concern, partnering with other experts across multiple functions to establish an appropriate safety strategy and development of a safety risk assessment to fully address the need.  
• Preparation of safety assessments to support products and ingredients during product development to post marketing.
• Additional responsibilities involve developing specific technical expertise, knowledge and methodologies for safety risk assessment for communication with academic, professional or regulatory communities.
• Working effectively across multiple functions providing strategic insights to the business and represent safety as well as with external scientists and regulators.

Job Qualifications

• PhD in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Toxicology preferred; an equivalent Biomedical or Life Sciences related qualification will be considered.

ADVANCE ID is jointly funded by the Wellcome Trust and Singapore institutions including the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health and Yong Loo Lin School ofMedicine, National University of Singapore. The vision of the Network is to improve public health by developing the clinical evidence base for the prevention and treatmentof drug-resistant infections. Its mission is to build and sustain a strategic clinical research network focussed on most efficiently delivering locally relevant interventions for drug-resistant infections.

The Network aims to improve and strengthen clinical research capabilities in the regionby acting as a platform to develop good principles and practices. It will stabilise capacityand capabilities to mitigate inefficiencies in trial start-up phase and loss of skillset following study closure, as in typical trial setup. The Network will continuously developits capabilities, quality and efficiency by learning from and collaborating with other clinical trial networks.

In the long term, the Network aims to support broader infectious disease studies by expanding geographically beyond its original starting point in South East Asia and collaborating with other networks around the world. Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
Project Management:
•Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the study across multiple internationalsites.
•Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and deliverables to ensuresmooth trial start-up and execution.
•Coordinate with site investigators, research teams, and partner institutions for studyimplementation.
•Oversee the budget and agreement negotiation

Regulatory & Ethics Coordination:
•Support sites in obtaining and maintaining ethics and regulatory approvals.
•Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), local regulations, andinstitutional SOPs.
Team & Site Coordination:
•Oversee and support local teams in participant recruitment, site monitoring, and dataquality assurance.
•Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between clinical sites, microbiologylabs, and data centres.

Capacity Building:
•Contribute to regional training and development initiatives aimed at strengtheningmicrobiology and clinical research capabilities.
•Support the development of SOPs, manuals, and training materials.

Monitoring & Quality Assurance:
•Ensure adherence to study protocols and timely resolution of queries and deviations.
•Conduct or support site monitoring visits and audits as required.

Data & Systems:
•Work with data management and IT teams to support electronic data capture (EDC)platforms, data integrity, and secure sharing processes.
•Track and report project metrics to stakeholders and funders

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, orrelated field.
•At least 2-4 years of experience managing or coordinating clinical research projects,ideally in a multi-country or infectious diseases setting.
•Strong understanding of clinical research regulations, GCP, and ethical principles.
•Excellent project management, organisational, and communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and across diverse, multi-disciplinary, and multiculturalteams.
•Experience in antimicrobial resistance (AMR), microbiology, or surveillance studies is aplus.

Responsibilities

1) Commercial Origination & Negotiation  

• Proactively develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective offtakers, originating high-quality PPA opportunities aligned with strategic priorities. 
• Drive quantitative analyses to determine pricing and risk exposure in coordination with Energy Management, M&A, and Business Development teams to align on deal structuring, valuation, and project readiness for FID. 
• Prepare commercial materials to effectively showcase EDP projects to clients. 
• Lead end-to-end PPA negotiations, in coordination with Legal, reviewing term sheets and contracts with aim to structure commercially viable agreements that balance risk, return, and bankability. 
• Define and articulate key commercial positions (pricing, tenor, risk allocation, credit structure), preparing clear negotiation strategies and approval materials for senior stakeholders 

2) Transaction Management  

• Drive contract execution processes with clear timelines and deliverables while managing internal workstreams across multiple functions. 
• Prepare internal approval papers ensuring compliance with company standards 
• Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks. 

3) Commercial & Market Intelligence   

• Track project lifecycles (development, FID, COD), dependencies and key milestones in order to anticipate their impact on commercial negotiations. 
• Develop in-depth understanding of remuneration mechanisms, contract structuring, and internal benchmark positions in PPAs. 
• Monitor market trends and intelligence on PPA execution. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred 
• 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in commercial origination, business development, or transaction roles within energy, renewables, or infrastructure sectors 
• Demonstrated track record in originating, structuring, and closing complex PPA or energy-related transactions 
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with ability to assess deal economics, pricing structures, and risk-return trade-offs 
• Deep understanding of electricity markets, regulatory frameworks, and PPA contract structures 
• Proven ability to lead negotiations with external counterparties and internal stakeholders 
• Experience working cross-functionally with legal, technical, financial, and investment teams 
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including interaction with senior management and investment committees 
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and develop structured, strategic approaches to complex commercial challenges
