Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Associate Manager or Manager of Payment and Card Operations, to oversee our day-to-day transaction processing, client ledger management, and card program operations.

In this role, you will be the core custodian of how money moves through our ecosystem—balancing available liquidity, payment rail operating hours, settlement speeds, and costs to ensure seamless user experiences.

Depending on your experience level, you will either step directly into or grow into a people-management role - leading a lean on site and cross border operations team, tasked with handling transaction volumes, maintaining strict SLAs, triaging failed payments, and executing complex multi-layer reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payment Operations & Liquidity Management

Client Ledger Management: Own the accuracy and integrity of client ledgers for all deposit and payout actions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in payment operations, card operations, or financial clearing, with previous experience leading/mentoring junior team members or managing a team.

Ledger & Recon Expertise: Proven experience managing complex financial ledgers (including promotional/incentive ledgers) and running multi-party ledger reconciliations.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Summary:

The Business Development Manager is to plan, organize and control selling operations of the company’s product portfolio to the customer base in the assigned territory with the objective of achieving the company’s budgets, profitability and assigned key tasks. Responsible for all of the company’s activities, which include sales, technical service, customer service, direct expenses control and personnel planning and development

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

· Organize, plan, manage and control the sales and promotion of the company’s product portfolio in the assigned sales area.

· To transfer knowledge on customer approach and sales techniques to the sales staff in your team.

· Provide commercial and technical support to all members in the sales team whenever required

· To apply Sales Effectiveness Program (SEP) to manage sales in the designated sales area: Conduct sales meetings regularly with all sales personnel to review and analyze sales performance of products.

· Sales experience required ( Commercial skills in dealing with large contracts will be added advantage)

• Responsible for IP (patents, trademarks and designs) prosecutions and managing client IP portfolios including:-

1. Reviewing and monitoring client IP strategy
2. Managing, reviewing and monitoring client portfolios and working with overseas associates
3. Filing and prosecuting applications
4. Drafting, reviewing and managing correspondence and office actions with examiners, clients and other stakeholders
5. Managing work processes
6. Assisting with IP related due diligence, including in the context of major IP transactions, corporate mergers and acquisitions and IP litigation matters

• Collaborating with other members of the Intellectual Property, Media & Technology (IPMT) Practice

Requirements:

• Degree from a recognised university
