Overview:

This role focuses on Contract Manufacturing Strategic Sourcing and Category Management, including market intelligence, sourcing strategy, contracting and negotiation, innovation enablement, should‑cost modeling, CSR audits, and cross‑business synergy realization. The role leads a corporate team of sourcing managers and partners closely with business‑embedded procurement teams to deliver sustainable cost, risk, supply assurance, and value‑creation outcomes.

Reporting to the Director, EMEA & Asia Operations & Global Direct Category Management, the role is responsible for strategic sourcing outcomes across multiple divisions (e.g., COC, CSM‑AO) and the global Contract Manufacturing category.

The position is accountable for defining and executing end‑to‑end Contract Manufacturing category strategies, covering make or buy analysis, commercial models, supplier footprint design, capacity and risk management, cost competitiveness, and innovation enablement across regions and businesses.

The role interfaces with a broad and senior internal customer base, including Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Technology leadership, and represents Strategic Sourcing in global, cross‑functional forums requiring strong influence without direct authority.

This role operates as a subject-matter authority for contract manufacturing sourcing, leading complex, high-impact initiatives while influencing senior business, technical, and functional stakeholders. The incumbent translates market intelligence, pricing dynamics, and business strategy into value‑driven sourcing decisions and long-term supplier partnerships.

Position Description:

Category Strategy & Value Creation

• Own and lead global strategies for Contract Manufacturing sub category (sheet glass processing, wafer glass processing, Laboratory Plasticware, Fiber Optics Products, copper products, optical glass processing)
• Align sourcing strategies directly with division and enterprise financial objectives, including margin improvement, cost competitiveness, and working capital optimization.
• Identify, prioritize, and sponsor transformational cost and value opportunities across businesses, driving measurable and sustained results.

Market Intelligence & Commercial Leadership

Responsibilities

1. Corporate Strategy
   

• • Strategy Formulation & Execution: Collaborate with the Business Units to drive the Group’s Annual Strategy Cycle. Work with Senior Management team to define growth targets and capital allocation priorities with Business Units, synthesising inputs into the Annual Strategic Plan.

• Collaborate with the property manager to uphold operational excellence across commercial premises

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in lease management, property administration or asset management
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill to collaborate with stakeholders
  
• Meticulous, resourceful, independent and able to work proactively towards problem solving
  
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and SAP and other property management systems would be advantageous

Responsibilities

The Front Office Manager assists the Hotel Manager in the overall administration and operation of the Front Office department. The Front Office Manager is primarily responsible for providing leadership, supervision, direction for Front Office department in accordance with the Objectives and Quality Standards established by The Hotel; while driving the business to achieve its maximum potential financially and operationally.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Responsible for ensuring the proper, efficient, and profitable functioning of the Hotel.
  

• Team Supervision: Supervise sections in the Front Office, including reception, cashier, telephone, reservation, and baggage services. Monitor staff members’ conduct and job performance and project a positive corporate image to guests.
  

• Guest Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to guests and handle guest complaints with tact and diplomacy. Assist in guest check-ins and check-outs.
  

• VIP Management: Assist in inspecting rooms assigned to VIPs before their arrival, escort VIPs to their rooms, and ensure complimentary amenities are provided. Inform relevant departments about VIPs’ arrival.
  

• Administrative Duties: Check the Logbook for messages and follow-up actions at the beginning of each shift. Issue keys to authorized personnel only and initiate correspondence regarding enquiries, reservations, and complaints.
  

• Reporting & Coordination: Monitor housekeeping discrepancy reports and take corrective actions when necessary.
  

• Security & Safety: Handle security-related matters, such as directing guests reporting incidents or theft and addressing guest conduct issues with the Security Department.
  

• Financial Duties: Maintain the cash float amount according to expected occupancy. Authorize rate and room changes, paid outs, cash advances, and acceptance of cheques following procedures and credit policies.
  

• Staff Development: Take charge of training all reception staff members, including planning, organizing, and conducting on-the-job training.
  

• Outlet Supervision: Conduct spot checks on outlets in the absence of the Outlet Manager.
  

• Revenue Optimization: Monitor room inventory closely to maximize room utilization and generate higher revenue. Collaborate with Sales to optimize revenue and occupancy from group allotments.
  

• Emergency Response: Take on the responsibility of evacuating staff members and guests during a fire in the absence of the Safety & Fire Manager. Attend CERT training as required by law and regulations.
  

• General Support: Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally.
  

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  

• Experience: At least 2–3 years of Front Office or supervisory experience in the hotel industry.
