Objectives of the position:

To build a strong supply network in the region and to optimize the overall spend, reduce costs and mitigate supply risks for the cable category within their region, while also driving innovation and ensuring a reliable supply chain.

Skills & Qualification:

Position Objective

The Assistant Campus Manager plays a key operational and facilities support role.

Responsibilities

Leadership, Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Health, Safety, Fire & Risk Management:

Support the implementation and adherence to Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Evacuation, and Risk Management policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with the external Fire Safety Manager and assist in SCDF inspections, rectifications, and renewal of the Annual Fire Certificate.

• Partner with academic teams to ensure classroom setups, learning environments, and early-years spaces are safe, compliant, and developmentally appropriate.

• Maintain and deliver training for the CERT team, ensuring drills, exercises, and emergency procedures are executed as scheduled.

• Support safe work practices by enforcing Risk Assessments and ensuring contractor compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines.

Operations Management

Oversee daily operational support services including cleaning, security, logistics, event support, transportation coordination, and general campus upkeep. Provide operational support for school events, activities, and special programmes.

• Support tender reviews, RFP processes, and contract administration in partnership with the Campus Manager.

• Assist in the ongoing review and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures, service standards, and operational workflows to ensure efficiency and service excellence.

Objectives of the position:

Responsible for the management of product development projects for our company’s connectivity solutions with experience in cables and connectors for power, signal and data primarily for ASEAN, Australia/New Zealand, Taiwan and other APAC countries (no own development projects, but management / coordination and handling of traded goods). Individual who understands cable and connector designs and cable connectivity requirements. The individual should also have experience with active components products for industry and building automation.

• Coordinate with APAC product development teams for appropriate allocation of product/projects and in alignment with product cluster management with respect to new product specification and designs for different product applications and requirements.

• Ensure timely, high quality and cost effective implementation of products/projects development in close collaboration with internal departments and external partners.

• Tap into external brains (scientific and industrial partners) via development of our company‘s relationship with centers of excellence (ex. NYP in Singapore) and the organisation of idea generation events (e.g., Hackathons).

Objectives of the position:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategy Manager, APAC to lead strategic initiatives for our key APAC markets. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our long-term strategic vision, including our Strategy 2030 goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in strategy development, cross-border collaboration, and support future M&A activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and support strategic planning and execution for the APAC region.

· Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align APAC strategies with Global Strategies.

· Drive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business model innovation.

· Prepare and present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.

· Take ownership of Strategy 2030 initiatives as they commence, ensuring alignment and execution at country level.

· Provide strategic support for potential M&A activities in the region.

· Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets.

· Represent the strategy function in regional leadership forums and workshops.

Skills & Qualification:

· Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Strategy, or related field.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy roles, preferably with regional exposure in APAC.

· Proven track record of leading strategic projects and initiatives across multiple markets.

· Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience in M&A strategy or execution is a plus.

· Ability to travel frequently across APAC countries

Working hours:

Mon to Fri 9am-6pm

Responsibilities:

1. Lead full-cycle new factory build from site selection, layout design, equipment installation, trial run, capacity ramp-up to local compliance approval &formal production launch.

2. Oversee daily manufacturing of electronic hardware; optimize processes, lift yield& efficiency, control cost and ensure on-time delivery.

3. Establish full-function local factory teams and standardized management systems to secure stable workforce and high operation efficiency.

4. Improve ISO-based QA system, implement full-process quality control and resolve production & after-sales quality issues.

5. Ensure full compliance with Singapore laws and EHS rules, eliminate safety hazards.

6. Prepare factory operation budget, execute cost reduction plans, analyze operational data and achieve annual production & profit targets.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering.

2. Solid background in camera & electronic hardware manufacturing with proficient production and quality know-how.

3. Proven successful 0-to-1 factory construction & mass production launch.

4. Minimum 5years senior factory management experience with full-plant operation and large-team governance capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead procurement operations, align talent development with organizational strategies, and continuously upgrade team capabilities.

3. Extensive experience in electronic component procurement with established global supplier networks and solid expertise in automotive electronics market.

4. Proven leadership and cross-functional coordination capabilities with strong professionalism, execution and accountability.

The Consulting Project Manager (PM) actively manages medium-high complexity projects to successful completion from initiation through delivery and closure. This requires coordination of cross-functional teams (through meetings and progress measurement activity) which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. The role will be fulfilled by an experienced project management professional or scrum master, with a full understanding of industry standard project management practices and the ability to interact with senior and Customer management at all levels.

What will you do:

• Integrate and use specific industry and technical delivery methodologies, e.g., project management methodologies based on the Project Management Institute (PMI), Red Hat Services project management methodology, system and software development, agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for Red Hat Services projects.
• Manage project requirements, scope, timelines and perform regular customer cadences
• Establish appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria; develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plans
• Manage project requirements and scope/change management issues
• Develop and effectively present and communicate content
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to projects
• Work in consultation with the Resource Management Office (RMO) to manage project staffing requirements

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a project management/coordination role managing IT or Government based projects
• Exhibits good communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral
• Have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of and experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Solid interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills with business insight
• Experience establishing and contributing to process improvements
• Ability to work both as part of a team and on your own; ability to motivate project team and individual contributors and mediate conflicts
• Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and handling more than one project concurrently
• Project management certification will be looked upon favourably
