Your challenge

Senior Manager - Product Owner creates product roadmap and defines the strategic vision for their team driven by the overall vision. They have a deep understanding of the target market/industry and build close rela!onships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team’s effort is aligned with overall strategy. A Product Owner manages dependencies with other team’s func!ons while iden!fying, building and managing strategic partnership across the different teams. They work closely within their team to ensure business value and user feedback is translated into new developments when necessary. Product owners will be accountable for specific business KPIs based on the area of the product they are focused on

• Develop in-house Transportation Management System, designated to improve and increase the efficiency of CP Axtra Logistics and analytics capabilities
• Design and build robust data pipelines to enable data-driven business insights and enhance customer experience
• Lead engineer teams to define, develop, and integrate automated solutions for various operations related to logistics
• End to end team output strategy from inception to production
• Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements
• Accountable for product-specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders

We are in search of a Compliance who will oversee all business and operations relating to Compliance including policies, investments, and procedures for Thailand, and supporting Compliance related activities across other SEA countries. He/She will assist, develop and implement company policies and procedures including enterprise-wide risk management, fit and proper checks, business continuity management and outsourcing framework.

• Subject matter expert on AML/CFT and KYC issues

Department Manager - Quality Assurance establishes suitable quality standards at each stage of the development process and evaluates suitability of matrices to assess quality. He/She determines types and variations of quality tests to fulfil business needs and requirements, as well as ensures that testing processes comply with applicable regulatory and relevant quality testing requirements. He synthesizes product performance against user feedback to prioritize quality measures for testing and manages the conduct of quality tests on quality measures under different operational and usage conditions. He recommends new technologies, tools and infrastructures, practices, and changes to processes, as well as guides the automation of quality testing.

Develop quality standards 

• Determine quality standards at each stage of the development process to ensure quality of outputs

Job Summary

Brand Manager will be responsible for leading the assigned therapeutic area portfolio and drive for launch and subsequent market leadership and revenue growth of assigned brands.

The role involves collaborating with multiple commercial operations teams for the development of strategy, creative and execution plans, product support and sales execution. Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop robust marketing insights for the Brand Plan with a patient-centric focus.
• Maintain an up-to date understanding of customer perspectives through regular engagement with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Develop portfolio (non-oncology port) aligning the brands and enabling the sales team to meet sales/market share targets.
