We're looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-first Executive to own and grow our portfolio of technology partnerships across global markets. These span the ad-tech, retail media, and data intelligence verticals - including partners like algorithmic bidding tools, data connectors, and analytics suites. This role sits within the Partnerships Team, and you’ll work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to optimise partner engagement, maximise user onboarding, and minimise client churn. • Assist in developing new technology partnership opportunities globally, from prospecting and onboarding new technology partners, to deepening engagement and managing long-term health.

• Lead user adoption through integration partners, collaborating closely on joint onboarding flows and ensuring new organisations are activated quickly and successfully.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, customer success, or a related role ideally within SaaS, technology, e-commerce, ad-tech, or a startup environment.
• Experience in managing stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones, such as partners headquartered in Melbourne, New York, London, or Tokyo.
• A track record of working with international clients and stakeholders. Comfort navigating cultural nuance, adapting communication styles, and building credibility with people you may rarely meet in person.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills, with a consultative and commercially minded approach.
• A strong grasp of the e-commerce technology landscape is a highly preferred.

Vestech Energy Sdn Bhd is a focused residential home Solar servicing force aims helping homeowner to generate and manage energy cost more effectively in a completely hassle-free way. Vestech Energy is a subsidiary of Solarvest Holdings Berhad which was founded in 2012 with the vision to create a world where clean energy is easily accessible to many.

The Customer Operations Executive serves as the primary point of contact between Vestech Energy and its clients following project handover. This role focuses on these areas:

1. Project Communication, Client Management & Reporting

• Monitor project and system timelines to ensure timely completion and delivery.
• Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports.
• Handle client enquiries and provide timely updates on project status.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Customer Experience & Satisfaction

• Drive customer satisfaction initiatives by keeping clients informed and engaged throughout their project journey.
• Conduct customer experience and satisfaction surveys.
• Gather, analyse, and report customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of customer retention and engagement strategies.

3. Administration & Cross-Functional Support

• Work closely with various departments to support operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Organise and maintain departmental documentation and customer records, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s
2. Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in any field (Engineering field is an added advantage).
3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
4. Required skill(s): Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong communication skills
5. Attitude: Customer and service-oriented, energetic and enthusiastic about interacting with people.
6. Customer Service, Team player, self-motivated to learn, effective communicator, and patient.
7. Capable of working independently and autonomously, while also being able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- To assist in statutory audit of private companies, limited companies and non-for-profit organisations.

- To assist in performance of compliance audits.

- To perform high quality and effective audit procedures.

- To apply financial reporting standards and auditing standards for audits.

- To prepare financial reporting for disclosure and presentation of financial statements.

- To conduct audit planning.

- To perform walkthrough test and test of controls

Job Requirements:

- Candidate preferred to possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

- Required language(s): English

- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Financial Reporting Standards

- Audit Professionals (B.Acc / ACCA / CPA / ICAEW or equivalent)

- Strong communication skills and maintain good relationship with clients

- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
