Requirements

• Able to work at 68000 Ampang, Selangor, will be in charge inventory management.
• Monday to Friday (full day), Saturday (alternate and flexible).

Responsibility

• Receive orders from customer, clarify requirements, prepare accurate sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
• Schedule deliveries or third-party couriers
• Assist in payment collection and follow up on outstanding customer accounts
• Liaise with suppliers/vendors on purchase orders
• Verify supplier invoices and delivery notes against purchase orders
• Coordinate routine maintenance and inspections for company delivery vehicles
• Lead the warehouse team in stock counts, picking, packing, and inventory reconciliation
• Report discrepancies in inventory or damaged goods promptly
• Any other task as per required
• Responsible for full set of accounts includes general accounting, account receivable, account payable, cash flow, bank reconciliation, monthly closing, tax, and treasury issues.
• Overall in-charge of accounts administrative work.

Job Description:

• Prepare and process shipping documents (Bill of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin) for import/export compliance.
• Liaise with forwarders, transporters, and internal departments for timely shipment bookings and deliveries.
• Input tracking data, inventory movements, and order information into ERP systems like SAP.
• Handle client inquiries regarding shipment status and provide customer service.
• Assist in packing, sorting, and verifying inventory accuracy.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in related field.
• Engineering background is a plus.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Basic English written and spoken.

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive (Call Centre) to join our team at Achievers Dream Learning Centre in the Bukit Timah Central Region. This is a contract to full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering good customer experiences to our students, parents, and educational partners. As a Customer Service Executive in the education industry, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries relating to our programmes, enrollments, course information, and student support services. This role is essential in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and ensuring that every interaction reinforces our commitment to educational excellence.

Key responsibilities

Parent Communication & Enquiries

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries from prospective and existing parents.

• Provide accurate information about the centre's programmes and schedules.

• Address parents' questions and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

Student Enrolment & Lead Follow-Up

• Follow up with prospective parents who have expressed interest in the centre's programmes.

• Encourage parents and students to attend diagnostic consultations, trial lessons, and centre visits.

• Guide parents through the enrolment process and assist with registration matters.

• Maintain timely follow-up with leads and ensure no enquiries are missed.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

• Understand parents' concerns and learning goals for their children.

• Handle objections professionally and confidently.

• Provide a positive customer experience throughout the enquiry and enrolment journey.

• Escalate complex cases appropriately when required.

Administrative Support

• Update customer records and notes accurately in the system.

• Track enquiries, appointments, consultations, and enrolments.

• Support the operations team with customer-related administrative matters when required.
