2. Able to adhere to schedule given
3. Prepare mood boards, material boards, colour schemes, and design presentations.

5. Work with project team to ensure design intent is delivered accurately.
6. Attend client consultant and site meetings to monitor progress and verify that workmanship aligns with design plans.

Job Requirements : -

1. At Least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
2. Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, MS Excel, Sketchup or other drafting and modeling software
3. Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia. Fluent in Mandarin Speaking
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minor supervision
5. Have good knowledge in interior fit out project management & technical detailing
6. Applicant must possess own transport and willing to travel when required
7. Possess strong self-learning ability, teamwork skills, and result-oriented

1. Memastikan reka bentuk dan lukisan mematuhi peraturan dan piawaian kualiti
2. Boleh mematuhi jadual yang diberikan
3. Sediakan papan mood, papan bahan, skema warna dan pembentangan reka bentuk.
4. Mencadangkan penyelesaian reka bentuk yang mengutamakan kefungsian, kecekapan ruang dan estetika.
5. Bekerjasama dengan pasukan projek untuk memastikan niat reka bentuk disampaikan dengan tepat.
6. Hadiri mesyuarat perunding pelanggan dan tapak untuk memantau kemajuan dan mengesahkan bahawa mutu kerja selaras dengan pelan reka bentuk.
7. Sebarang tanggungjawab dan tugas lain yang mungkin diberikan dari semasa ke semasa.

Keperluan Kerja: -
