Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day site operations (Work at Construction Site)
- Plan and organise site work sequence and subcontractor activities
- Identify, source and engage suitable subcontractors and site services
- Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Monitor site progress, workmanship and compliance with project requirements
- Conduct QA/QC inspections and ensure work meets required standards
- Resolve site issues and coordinate practical solutions
- Attend site meetings and represent company in project discussions
- Prepare progress updates and reports for management
- Ensure safe work practices are maintained on site
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Technology or related field
- Minimum 8 years of construction site experience
- Experience in site coordination, supervision or project execution
- Familiar with working with subcontractors and multiple trades
- Strong practical knowledge of construction site operations
- Able to work independently and make sound decisions on site
- Ability to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin
- Mature, reliable and hands-on
Service under: Contract for Service
- Contract duration: 12 months
- Allowance for work on Sunday / Public Holiday
- Potential contract renewal based on performance
