Tanggungjawab:

• Sediakan laporan penyelarasan bank harian.
• Mengekalkan rekod dan organisasi sistem pengisian yang betul.
• Bertanggungjawab untuk tugas-tugas harian berkaitan kewangan dan akaun.
• Lengkapkan pemeriksaan bank mingguan bagi memastikan tiada percanggahan dalam perbankan.
• Semak penyata wang runcit dari cawangan dan keluarkan cek pembayaran balik.
• Semak tuntutan perbelanjaan kakitangan dan masukkan ke dalam templat tuntutan kakitangan.
• Lakukan penyelarasan penyata bank bulanan dan selesaikan percanggahan jika ada.
• Sebarang tugasan ad hoc yang lain.

Keperluan:

• Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Perakaunan, Kewangan atau bidang berkaitan dengan kelayakan profesional.
• Berpengalaman dalam Pembantu Perakaunan atau Kerani Perakaunan.
• Mempunyai pengetahuan yang baik tentang prosedur pembukuan asas.
• Biasa dengan piawaian perakaunan, undang-undang cukai dan prosedur pengisian.
• Kemahiran matematik yang cemerlang dan kebolehan untuk mengenal pasti ralat berangka.
• Tahap lanjutan dalam MS Excel dan pengetahuan yang baik tentang perisian perakaunan.
• Kemahiran organisasi dan pelbagai tugas.
• Kebolehan mengendalikan maklumat sensitif dan sulit.

職責：

• 編制每日銀行對帳單。
• 保持檔案系統的良好記錄和組織。
• 負責日常財務和會計管理工作。
• 每週進行完整的銀行對賬，以確保銀行賬目沒有任何差異。
• 檢查各分行零用現金回饋狀況，並開立報銷支票。
• 核對員工費用報銷申請，並將資訊輸入員工報銷範本。
• 每月進行銀行對帳單核對，並解決任何差異。
• 其他任何臨時性任務。

要求：

• 擁有會計、金融或相關領域的學士學位及專業資格證書。
• 有會計助理或會計文員經驗。
• 具備良好的基本簿記程序知識。
• 熟悉會計準則、稅法和申報程序。
• 優秀的數學技能和發現數字錯誤的能力。
• 精通微軟Excel，並具備良好的會計軟體知識。
• 組織能力和多任務處理能力。
• 能夠處理敏感、機密資訊。

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily bank reconciliation report.
• Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
• Complete weekly bank recon to ensure no discrepancy in banking.
• Check on petty cash returns from branches and issue reimbursement cheque.
• Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.
• Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancy if any.
• Any other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
• Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
• Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
• Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
• Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

Job Responsibilities 

1. Prepare BQ, cost estimate, cost control and budgeting. 

2. Taking-off for quantities 

3. Estimation and Pricing of works 

4. Prepare Tender Document and Tender Calling 

5. Liaise with Clients, Consultants 

6. Attend Client Consultant Meeting(s) 

7. Prepare Interim Claims, verification of VO 

8. Prepare Final account 

9. Other duties as assigned by superior and manager 

Job Requirement: 

1. Candidates must possess Degree in Quantity Surveying. 

2. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply 

3. Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) 

4. Possess positive attitude, strong oral and communication skills. 

5. Able to take-off manually & using softwares (Glodon, etc.) 

6. Able to works systematically and meet stipulated deadline. 

7. Able to work under pressure and extra hours. 

8. Independent, mature with pleasant personality, multi-tasking and fast learner. 

9. Must possess own transport and willing to travel from time to time depending on project site (as required)
