The Finance Assistant plays an essential role in supporting the finance team in daily operations, ensuring the accurate recording of financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and contributing to the timely preparation of financial reports. [Your Role & Responsibilities]

• Ensure proper and accurate billing, costs, and expenses are recorded in the accounting system.
• Collaborate with other departments and overseas subsidiaries to resolve accounting-related matters.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports for local entities in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank accounts, payables, and receivables to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with the monthly closing of accounts for local entities.
• Support the Finance Manager in quarterly consolidation work, corporate tax filings, and XBRL submissions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance function.

The Assistant Vice President (AVP), Leasing supports the execution and management of aircraft leasing transactions by providing analytical, commercial, and coordination support across the leasing function. Working closely with senior team members, the AVP plays a key role in financial modelling, proposal preparation, transaction execution, and cross-functional project management while building strong relationships with airline customers and internal stakeholders.

This role is well suited for someone who is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable balancing detailed financial work with effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Analysis & Financial Modelling

·      Prepare pricing analyses, lease rate calculations, return projections, and sensitivity analyses to support commercial decision-making.

·      Assist in developing commercial proposals and presentations

·      Analyse market trends, aircraft values, and market activity to support leasing strategies

Transaction Execution & Coordination

·      Coordinate with Legal, Technical, Finance, Insurance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth transaction execution and timely completion of deliverables.

·      Track transaction milestones and proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact timelines.

·      Maintain organized documentation and ensure all transaction records are accurate and up to date.

Portfolio Support

·      Help maintain internal databases and reporting tools

·      Assist with ongoing lease management with external key stakeholders

·      Monitor lease performance and key operational metrics

·      Support ongoing project reviews and strategic analyses

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

·      3–6 years of experience in aircraft leasing, aviation finance, investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or a related analytical role.

·      Strong financial modelling and quantitative analysis skills.

·      Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

·      Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.

·      Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

·      Ability to work collaboratively across functions while also taking ownership of individual responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Post-Investment Management: Tack and manage the progress of various investment projects, ensuring effective coordination and clear communication with relevant stakeholders
• Administrative & Private Office Support: Handle the Principal’s bank account matters, visa applications, travel arrangements, daily administrative support and Business Translation on the document
• Lifestyle & Asset Management: Support the management of lifestyle assets, including research, procurement, and inventory management
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal departments, external project teams, to ensure efficient and accurate information flow.

Job scope:

• To provide Training administration support Adult Educators (AE) and learners subscribed to ALL WSQ programmes.
• Managing of all service requests (Withdrawal, Rescheduling (Training/Assessment), Re-assessment and Deferment).
• Checking and verifying learner’s attendances, past module results and approving of current module results in training management’s system.
