Job Summary

You will provide administrative support to process customer orders accurately and efficiently, coordinate with production, delivery, andsales teams to ensure smooth daily operations, and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders accurately to support customer order fulfilment
• Communicate effectively with Chinese and English-speaking customers to clarify order details and resolve inquiries
• Coordinate daily operations by liaising with production, delivery, and sales teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming electronics components and materials for quality and accuracy
• Organize, store, and maintain records of inventory in designated warehouse locations following proper handling procedures
• Pick and pack electronic parts accurately according to assembly orders for timely dispatch
• Assist with regular stock counts and report discrepancies or damages to supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse to comply with company policies and regulations
• Operate warehouse equipment such as electrical hoist or pallet jacks safely
• Timely Kit out of BOM materials for production assembly orders
• Assist with final packing for goods delivery

Requirements:

- Perform Medisave, CHAS and AIA/IHP claims online, tally payments and present report on monthly basis
