Job Decriptions

• Support the Project Manager in gathering equipment, resources and information to implement upcoming projects
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Help to prepare budgets
• Maintain budgets by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
• Maintain work schedules
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
• Monitor the daily progress of projects
• Determine project changes
• Provide detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
• Develop project strategies
• Organise and participate in shareholder meetings
• Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary

• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Ensure the clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
• When any important decisions or action items are made during the meeting, the Project Coordinator need to follow up on these with the necessary parties who are assigned these responsibilities
• Coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
• Ensure all deadlines for certain projects are met
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
• Providing administrative support as needed
• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
• Perform billing and bookkeeping tasks
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
• Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
• Oversee project procurement management
• Ensure resources and equipment are always available
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance test

KELAYAKAN

• Warganegara Malaysia;
• Berumur tidak kurang dari 18 tahun pada tarikh tutup iklan jawatan;
• Memiliki Kepujian (sekurang-kurangnya Gred C) dalam subjek Bahasa Melayu pada peringkat SPM/SVM atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh Kerajaan;
• Memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda Perakaunan yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya/ Ahli Penuh Badan-badan Ikhtisas Perakaunan yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan/ Ahli Penuh Institut Akauntan Malaysia;
• Memiliki pensijilan Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) yang dikeluarkan oleh The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) adalah wajib;
• Sekurang-kurangnya 5 tahun pengalaman memegang jawatan penyeliaan atau pengurusan audit; dan
• Pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 10 tahun dalam bidang audit, kewangan atau kawalan dalaman.

DESKRIPSI TUGAS

• Menentukan hala tuju strategik Unit Audit Dalam selaras dengan visi, misi dan Pelan Strategik organisasi.
• Merangka dan melaksanakan Pelan Audit Tahunan berasaskan risiko (Risk-Based Audit Plan).
• Menentukan keutamaan audit berdasarkan penilaian risiko organisasi..
• Membangunkan strategi peningkatan tadbir urus, integriti dan akauntabiliti organisasi.
• Menjadi penasihat utama kepada Ketua Jabatan dalam aspek tadbir urus, pengurusan risiko dan kawalan dalaman.
• Memastikan aktiviti audit mematuhi Piawaian Antarabangsa Amalan Profesional Audit Dalam (International Professional Practices Framework – IPPF), dasar Kerajaan serta peraturan kewangan yang berkuat kuasa.

Working Hours:

Shift-based schedule

• Working hours Mon: Fri is 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
• Two off days on weekdays (rotational basis).

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or above.
• Good customer service mindset with a passion for serving customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to interact confidently with customers from all levels.
• Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia effectively.
• Computer literate and able to operate computer systems efficiently.
