ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role

As a Marketing Assistant (PR & Campaign) at Love, Bonito Malaysia, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and driving impactful campaigns that bring our brand to life. Reporting directly to the Assistant Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Love, Bonito’s presence during an exhilarating scale-up season. From managing KOL partnerships, to assisting on monthly campaigns and coordinating photoshoots and collaborating with regional teams, you’ll be at the heart of creative and strategic marketing execution. Main responsibilities :

• Own and manage the end-to-end KOL strategy and execution, including sourcing, onboarding, briefing, content direction, posting management, and performance tracking.
• Drive KOL campaign performance outcomes, ensuring deliverables contribute to key metrics such as traffic, order, and conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to ensure consistent collaboration quality and long-term brand alignment.

The Opportunity

You will join DRS as a Legal Assistant, organising and preparing files for upload, completing policy and process review, allocating legal negotiations, performing legal administrative tasks, verifying the accuracy of data, managing and delivering MI cases, assisting with executions and onboarding, supporting legal consultants with their caseload, reviewing documentation, extracting data from legal contracts, and performing monthly execution reconciliation.

You will be working with a leading industry practitioner in Kuala Lumpur, senior lawyers and experienced colleagues and collaborate with team members to improve the administration process.

You will be supported throughout by experienced colleagues and be able to continue to learn using the wealth of materials, including videos, presentations and guidance notes, available to you on the company’s learning management system.

Responsibilities

·        Manage your own workload.

·        Help provide information and wider reporting for internal DRS stakeholders and the client.

Requirements

·        You’ll have at least a 2:1 Undergraduate degree in Law or equivalent degree. If your degree is in a different discipline, a legal conversion qualification (Graduate Diploma in Law or the Common Professional Examination) is desirable.

We are dedicated to creating a team environment and each Friday we hold the ‘Breakfast Club’ where everyone in the company gets together (virtually) to discuss market developments, achievements and knowledge. We hold regular team meetings, weekly 1-2-1 sessions and quarterly company-wide updates from our CEO. We also offer a social side to coming to work; hosting regular social events, team lunches, activities and drinks/snacks.
