Qualifications:

• Nitec in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering or equivalent

Job Description & Requirements

As a Hangar Assistant, you will support Aircraft Technicians in aircraft maintenance tasks and ensure the hangar remains clean, organized, and operational. You will work under the direction of the Manager or Crew Chief to assist with various maintenance-related activities.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties both inside and outside the aircraft during maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized hangar environment.
• Assist in moving and positioning aircraft ground support equipment (GSE).
• Conduct minor paint touch-ups, including screws and fasteners, using brushes.
• Follow all safety regulations and maintenance protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Support the maintenance team with general tasks as required

Required Experience, Competencies & Qualifications

• Minimum ITE holder, GCE ‘O’ Level, or a qualification in Aerospace Engineering.
• Scissor and Boom Lift certification is preferable.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities:

Counter & Administrative Duties

• Patient registration, temperature and weight taking
• Handling CHAS, Medisave, and Healthier SG transactions
• Dispensing medication and collecting payments (familiar with e-payment modes such as QR pay and NETS)
• Managing appointment bookings for chronic disease follow-ups and sending patient reminders
• Answering phone and counter enquiries in a professional manner
• Performing claims submission (e.g., Medisave, CHAS, MBS, Managed Care/TPA insurance claims)
• General administrative support and record keeping

Clinical Support

• Performing COVID-19 and Influenza swabs

Requirements:

Provide administrative and accounting support to the Accounts Department, mainly assisting in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, documentation and general office administration.

Responsibilities

• AP - Assist in processing supplier invoices and supporting documents
• AR - Prepare and issue customer invoices and update payment records
• Accurately input and post accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions into the accounting and ERP systems to maintain financial integrity
