Job Summary

Support technology finance operations by generating financial reports, managing budgets, and overseeing IT asset management to optimize spend and ensure compliance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze PR/GR and financial reports using SAP and enterprise systems to support accurate financial decision-making.
• Process invoice payments and reconcile technology-related expenses to maintain timely and accurate financial records.
• Maintain data integrity across financial systems to ensure reliable reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with senior technology leaders to monitor and optimize budget utilization for IT projects and operations.
• Support renewal and budgeting processes for software and hardware contracts to ensure cost-effective technology investments.
• Assist in managing project budgets by tracking spend against forecasts and identifying variances for corrective action.
• Prepare monthly financial dashboards and insights to inform the Technology Finance team’s strategic planning.

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience in a finance role within a technology-driven environment, financial institution, or consulting firm (minimum 1 year) or relevant internship experience for fresh graduates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint, to perform data analysis and communication tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and support financial modeling and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Working knowledge of SAP (PEMS or similar ERP systems) to generate and analyze financial reports efficiently.
• Experience with financial modeling and data analysis to enhance budgeting and forecasting accuracy.
• Solid understanding of financial treatment for technology expenses, distinguishing CapEx from OpEx.
• Experience with IT asset lifecycle management to support accurate tracking and control of technology assets.

Working as part of the Wealth Solutions Operations (WSO) team in Singapore to provide end-to-end governance and controls of Operational processes covering WS products supported by processing hubs and country. The incumbent will work with key stakeholders across Wealth Lending Operations, Corporate Actions, Settlements, Asset Transfers, Account Maintenance, Tax Operations and support Product Managers, Country / Group related Projects and Process enhancements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

• Support the Growth strategy of the Singapore franchise to become the leading wealth manager to affluent clients.

Business

• To work with WSO’s stakeholders including COO, WL, Banca and CMPS Product Managers as well as hubs in India and Malaysia, Contact Centre &Client Experience teams. The job holder will also liaise with Compliance, Finance and other retail departments to achieve Business and Operational efficiency targets.

Processes

• To manage the preparation, printing and mailing of Advices, Contract Notes and termsheets. He/she also needs to be able to support general queries and process instructions relating to Wealth Lending. In addition, the jobholder will assist in the collation, preparation and submission of weekly &monthly MIS and prepare monthly updates for BGM/NFRF Project updates to Management. The job holder will also be responsible for reviewing DOIs from Country and processing hubs.

Responsibilities
IOR/EOR Operations & Documentation:

• Assist in pricing, coordinating and managing the end-to-end IOR/EOR process for global shipments.
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance and delivery of goods.
• Verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and organised records of all shipments, customs entries, and compliance-related documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of import/export permits, declarations, and other required trade documents.

Agent Communication, Sourcing & Pricing:

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade operations.
• Familiarity with IOR/EOR processes and international trade regulations is a plus.
• With knowledge of APAC trade regulations is an advantage.
