(A) AKAUN BELUM TERIMA

1. Mengemas kini Sistem EB (resit) dan mengemas kini Penyata Akaun secara manual apabila menerima pembayaran daripada pelanggan.

2. Mengeluarkan Nota Debit dan Nota Kredit setiap minggu apabila perlu, selepas itu, aturkan penghantaran kepada Jabatan Pemasaran kepada pelanggan.

3. Menyusun, menyemak & mengisi salinan induk Invois Jualan & Pesanan Penghantaran setiap minggu untuk format cetakan yang betul oleh Jabatan Pemasaran.

(B) AKAUN YANG PERLU DIBAYAR

1. Untuk mengeluarkan Baucar Pembayaran bulanan dan Cek bagi (pelbagai hutang/pembayar subkontrak/pembayar perdagangan - tempatan) bersama-sama dengan Pengekodan Pembekal yang dimasukkan ke dalam Sistem EB, selepas itu merekodkan buku tunai harian dengan segera apabila cek dikeluarkan.

2. Mengeluarkan Baucar Pembayaran dan Cek mingguan untuk utiliti, pembelian tunai, komitmen tetap bulanan & sebagainya, selepas itu merekodkan buku tunai harian dengan segera.

3. Untuk mengeluarkan Baucar Pembayaran bulanan (pelbagai hutang/hutang perdagangan - luar negara) bersama-sama dengan Pengekodan Pembekal yang dimasukkan ke dalam Sistem EB, selepas itu merekodkan buku tunai harian dengan segera.

4. Untuk menyusun, sertakan Invois Pembelian, Pesanan Penghantaran & Pesanan Pembelian setiap hari apabila diserahkan oleh Jabatan Pembelian.

5. Untuk membuat salinan fotokopi Invois Bahagian & Bahan Mentah Acuan, Pesanan Penghantaran dan Borang K1, selepas itu mengisi ke dalam fail bahagian & bahan mentah acuan yang masuk.

6. Untuk menyemak Invois Pembekal Sub-Kon untuk semua dokumen berkaitan Akaun Belum Bayar, selepas itu masukkan ke dalam Sistem EB.

7. Untuk membuat salinan fotokopi inventori penutup bagi Invois Bahagian Acuan dan Acuan Perkakas.

8. Untuk membayar balik wang tunai kecil apabila perlu dan membuat pengekodan sebelum dimasukkan ke dalam Sistem EB.

(C) LEJAR AM

1. Menyediakan Penyertaan Berulang dan mengumpulkan semua dokumen sokongan sebelum memasuki Sistem EB.

6. Menyediakan Penyata Faedah Berupa Barangan bulanan untuk semua Ekspatriat.

7. Mengepos Cek kepada pembekal tempatan setelah selesai pemeriksaan.

8. Untuk mengesahkan dengan pihak bank bagi pembayaran masuk yang diterima daripada pelanggan (cth. IBG, T/T, Perbankan Internet & sebagainya).

9. Mengedarkan Penyata Akaun kepada pelanggan melalui pos setelah semakan selesai.

10. Mengisi slip bank masuk, mengemas kini buku tunai harian, mengatur perbankan harian untuk semua kutipan cek daripada pelanggan dan akhir sekali mengisi borang.

11. Untuk memeriksa dan menyusun semua bil utiliti sebelum mengatur pembayaran. Selepas itu, aturkan pemandu untuk membayar bil utiliti. Fotostat bil utiliti ekspatriat untuk menyediakan penyata faedah dalam bentuk barangan dan mengutip baki yang perlu dibayar oleh pekerja.

12. Melakukan penyusunan dan pengisian keseluruhan dokumen harian yang diterima daripada Jabatan Pembelian.

（A）應收帳款

1. 收到客戶付款後，更新 EB 系統（收據）並手動更新至帳戶報表中。

2. 必要時每週開立借項通知單和貸項通知單，然後安排市場部寄給客戶。

3. 每週對銷售發票和送貨單主副本進行整理、檢查和填寫，以便行銷部列印出正確的格式。

（B）應付帳款

1. 開立每月付款憑證和支票（雜項應付/分包應付/貿易應付 - 本地），並將供應商代碼輸入 EB 系統，之後在支票開出時立即記錄每日現金帳簿。

2. 開立每週支付憑證和支票，用於支付水電費、現金購買、每月固定支出等，隨後立即記錄每日現金帳簿。

3. 開立每月付款憑證（雜項應付帳款/貿易應付帳款 - 海外），並將供應商代碼輸入 EB 系統，然後立即記錄每日現金帳簿。

4. 採購部門交接時，每日將採購發票、送貨單及採購訂單分類整理。

5. 影印模具零件和原料發票、送貨單和 K1 表格，然後填入進貨模具零件和原料檔案中。

6. 檢查分包供應商發票中與應付帳款相關的所有文件，然後輸入 EB 系統。

7. 影印模具零件和模具發票的期末庫存清單。

8. 必要時報銷零用現金，並在輸入 EB 系統前進行編碼。

（C）總賬

1. 在進入 EB 系統之前，準備定期條目並收集所有支援文件。

其他職責

1. 執行部門每週5項活動。

2. 執行部門目標及與 ISO 14001 相關的活動。

3. 為海外供應商準備電匯單和 P 表格。

4. 編製海外供應商匯款清單。

5. 準備並更新稅務代理人/審計師/外部部門的每月更新清單：

6. 為所有外派人員編製每月實物福利報表。

7. 完成核對後，將支票寄給當地供應商。

8. 與銀行確認收到的客戶付款（例如 IBG、T/T、網路銀行等）。

9. 完成核對後，向客戶郵寄帳戶對帳單。

10. 填寫銀行存款單，更新每日現金帳簿，安排每日銀行存款，收取客戶支票，最後填寫完畢。

11. 安排付款前，先核對所有水電煤氣帳單並整理好。之後安排司機代為支付帳單。影印外派員工的水電瓦斯帳單，用於編制實體福利清單，並收取員工應支付的餘額。

12. 將採購部門收到的所有日常文件進行分類和歸檔。

(A) ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

1. To update EB System (receipts) and manually update into Statement Of Accounts whenever receive payment from customers.

2. To issue Debit Notes and Credit Notes weekly when necessary, thereafter arrange to Marketing Dept. for send out to customers.

3. To sorting, checking & filling master copy of Sales Invoices & Delivery Orders weekly for correct format print out by Marketing Dept.

(B) ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

1. To issue monthly Payment Vouchers and Cheques for (sundry payables/sub-con payables/trade payables - local) together with Supplier Coding enter into EB System, thereafter record immediately daily cashbook whenever cheques issue out.

2. To issue weekly Payment Vouchers and Cheques for utilities, cash purchase, monthly fixed commitment & etc., thereafter record immediately daily cashbook.

3. To issue monthly Payment Voucher (sundry payables/trade payables - overseas) together with Supplier Coding enter in EB System, thereafter record immediately daily cashbook.

4. To sorting, attached Purchase Inovices, Delivery Orders & Purchase Orders daily when handover by Purchasing Dept.

5. To photocopy the Die Part & Raw Material Invoices, Delivery Orders and K1 Form, thereafter filling into incoming die part & raw material file.

6. To check Sub-Con Supplier’s Invoices for all the related documents pertaining to Accounts Payable, thereafter enter into EB System.

7. To photocopy the closing inventory for Die Part and Tooling Die Invoices.

8. To Reimbursement Petty Cash when necessary and Coding before enter into EB System.

(C) GENERAL LEDGER

1. To prepare Recurring Entries and gather all the supporting documents before enter into EB System.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To carry out department Weekly 5’S Activities.

2. To carry out department target and related Activities for ISO 14001.

6. To prepare monthly Benefit-In-Kind Statement for all Expatriates.

7. To mail out Cheques to local suppliers upon completion of checking.

8. To confirm with banker for incoming payment received from customers (eg. IBG, T/T , Internet Banking & etc).

9. To mail out Statement of Account to customers upon completion of checking.

10. To fill in bank in slips, update daily cash book, arrange daily banking for all collection of cheque from customers and finally filling.

11. To do checking and sorting all the utilities bills before arrange for payment. Thereafter arrange driver to pay the utilities bills. Photostat expatriate’s utilities bill for prepare benefit-in-kind statement and collect whatever balance should be pay by the employee.

12. To do sorting and filling the entire daily documents receive from Purchasing Department.
