Job Description

CT Nexus is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Food Quality Control Assistant to ensure all food products meet company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Monitor cleanliness and hygiene practices in production areas
Record quality inspection results and prepare simple reports
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company SOPs
Identify and report any quality issues or non-conformance
Assist in maintaining proper storage and handling procedures
Work closely with production team to improve product quality

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
Good attention to detail and responsibility
Able to work independently and as a team
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Experience in food manufacturing or QC is an advantage
Requires 1-2 years of relevant experience

Membuat susulan dengan Pelanggan/Arkitek/Pereka bentuk selepas penyerahan tender/sebut harga
Jika tender berjaya, semua maklumat projek perlu diserahkan kepada jabatan projek untuk tindakan susulan.
Sediakan senarai kenalan dan senarai perolehan bahan
Menyediakan pesanan variasi, tuntutan kemajuan, pembayaran subkontraktor, akaun akhir dll.
Untuk mencari dan bertemu dengan bakal pembekal atau subkontraktor baharu
Mendapatkan & menilai sebut harga, rundingan dengan subkontraktor & pembekal
Berhubung dengan kakitangan tapak, vendor, perunding dan/atau subkontraktor untuk semua urusan projek.
