Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare manufacturing drawings for electrical switchboards, including assembling modular drawings based on panel designs.
- Perform calculations such as weight, heat loss, and air flow simulations as needed.
- Prepare Material Order Lists for mechanical parts and liaise with vendors for material inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with the Manufacturing and Production teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of BIM, VertexG4, and AutoCAD M&E 3D drawings.
- Strong mechanical background with expertise in 2D and 3D drafting.
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints and specifications, and recognize different materials/sheet metals used in switchboards.
