Responsibilities

▌ Requirements

◦ Recent PhD graduates or those who graduated with a PhD from fields including

but not limited to Mathematics, Physics, Electronic Science and Technology, Microelectronics, Information

and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, or Materials Science and

Engineering

◦ Good foundational knowledge of semiconductor device physics, integrated circuit design, and

manufacturing

◦ Familiar with advanced process technology and strong scripting skills are preferred

◦ Excellent academic performance, with a strong curiosity, learning ability, and knowledge transfer capability

in new areas and related professional fields

 Responsibilities

◦ Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers, complete product sales, collections,

and shipments, ensuring sales targets are achieved

◦ Collaborate with other business departments to achieve performance goals, provide comprehensive

services to customers, and promote the construction of a full industry ecosystem

◦ Proactively learn about product information, understand competitor dynamics, and maintain market

sensitivity

◦ Establish and promote a positive image and value of the brand in the industry, continuously enhancing

brand competitiveness

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, including headquarters and clients.
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Arabic, French) is an advantage

This will be an 12-months contract position based in Changi Business Park.

Responsibilities:

• Using SAP Order Management System to process new orders and order changes.
• Assist in projects, process standardization, Continuous Process Improvement as well as process automation (using tools like AI, RPA).
• Understand order pricing logic and apply initial pricing issue analysis.
• Assist in resolving order pricing issue.
• Manage Customer business partner records and other customer parametric setups.
• Assist in timely resolution to facilitate order shipment.
• Identify order data issues, perform preliminary investigation, and escalate to higher management and IT for further troubleshooting and resolution.
• Reporting as needed to confirm proper execution of Order Management processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder. Fresh Graduates welcome.
• Strong experience in using Microsoft Excel.
• Experienced in Order Management modules in SAP
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Word
• Open to working with AI technology.

• quickly learn to accurately execute order entry and order change processes adhering to standard operating procedure
