Mandatory Skill-set

• Minimum a Nitec / Diploma graduate in Banking, Finance, Business, or related field;
• Interest in software testing and banking technology;
• Ability to plan and execute report issues clearly;
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams.

Desired Skill-set

• Prior exposure / internship to manual or automation testing;
• Understanding of defect management and reporting tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). 

Responsibilities

• Help create and execute test scripts and test cases;
• Work with Product/Project Managers, IT, and business teams to understand requirements;
• Log defects, follow up with stakeholders, and track issue resolution;
• Document test results and provide updates on testing progress;

1. Process new customer orders and order changes within established service level agreements (SLAs) using the SAP Order Management System.

2. Participate in cross-functional projects; lead and/or collaborate with the Order Management team to drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives using available tools (e.g. AI, RPA).
