• Verify logistics invoice content from factual or from price verification perspective.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Support for Customer Market Planning (Volume & Price planning) data entry and analyses within Bosch planning tool
• Salesforce support following Commercial Managers’ request
• Standard Participant in Sales Team Meeting Conferences
• Support Sales Coordination for Product Life Cycle Management (Product Release & Cancelation, Zero Volume Analysis)
• Master Data tracking and updating

Other Responsibilities

• Input and Download data from customer portal
• Support inputting in Internal tool for Planning and Reporting
• Prepare document as requested template
• Update Sales related information and Distribute email to relevant stakeholders
   

• Event organization: Support to organize marketing and partnership events (Trade Fair, Seminar, Customer Training, Sales Meeting, University Visits…).
• Content production: Create and localize content (emails, landing pages, catalogues, PR articles) in both ENG and VN for digital usage and printing. 
• Brand Compliance: Assist in deploying brand campaigns and ensure all executions comply with global brand guidelines.
• Social media management: Plan social media calendars, design and produce copies and content, and performance monitoring. 
• Marketing Collateral Management: Organize and manage marketing materials (banner, backdrop, standee, brochure, merchandise...). 
• Media Production: In charge of photography and video for events.
• On-site Brand Representation: Manage the "First Impression" touchpoint by welcoming key stakeholders and clients, ensuring the brand’s hospitality and professional standards are upheld during corporate visits.

1/ Receptionist (20%)

• Greet and assist visitors following our visitor management system
• Handle incoming calls
• Manage mail (incoming and outgoing) and maintain records for both HCMC and Hanoi offices

2/ Administration tasks (70%)

• Printing and managing employee access cards
• Handling building access card access with parking services
• Coordinating with vendor as a Point of contact for general admin services including: Courier services, Company taxi cards, Company phone number, Meeting room stationeries, Printing cartridges, Pantry supplies and drinking water, Landscaping and Cleaning services
• Assist with payment process for all services
• Other admin duties as requested from Supervisor

3/ Operational support (10%)

• Conduct daily office walking inspections
• Supporting event/workshop related visitor management and site security
• Escorting vendor while doing maintenance and repair work on site
