Contract Period: 1 year renewable/ convertible
Location: Ang Mo Kio (Client site if required)
Salary Range: $4,000 to $5,000
Working Days: Monday to Friday

 Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate closely with Main Contractor, Sub-contractors, Consultants, and Client on all site-related matters

• Attend daily site meetings (M&E coordination, Architectural coordination) and ad-hoc meetings as required

• Ensure all instructions, updates, and information from Client / Consultant / Main Contractor are communicated clearly to all project team members

• Attend and participate in daily site walks to identify issues and ensure smooth execution of works

• Monitor daily site activities and track work progress, reporting status and issues to the Project Manager (PM)

• Monitor sub-contractors’ work progress to ensure alignment with the approved project schedule

• Identify, track, and report abortive works to the PM with supporting details

• Update as-built drawings or installation changes where required

• Liaise with RTO and relevant parties to arrange and attend inspections

• Arrange team members for Site Inspection Checklist (SIC) activities

• Ensure all inspection records and SIC documents are properly completed, maintained, and filed

• Ensure all parties are working using the latest approved revision drawings

• Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of: SIC records, Drawings and revisions, Site correspondence and reports

• Ensure accurate tracking of site changes and updates

• Ensure all site personnel strictly comply with WSOH regulations and in-house safety rules and procedures

• Highlight and escalate safety non-compliance issues to the PM where necessary

• Monitor Bill of Quantities (BQ) and material availability on sit

• Coordinate with PM, System team, and Sub-contractors on material procurement to ensure steady material flow for installation works

• Prevent delays caused by material shortages

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Construction / Building Services or equivalent

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant site coordination or supervision experience

• Strong experience in site coordination with main contractors and sub-contractors

• Familiar with construction drawings, revisions, and site documentation control

• Knowledge of WSOH regulations and site safety practices

• Experience in arranging and managing site inspections and quality records

• Ability to monitor progress against project schedules and identify risks

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple site activities concurrently

• Proficient in basic documentation tools (e.g. MS Office)

Working Days: 4 days work & 3 days off
Working Hours: 9am to 10pm (rotational shift basis)

Job Descriptions:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for attraction ticketing systems, POS systems, vehicle gantry admission systems, and car park electronic payment systems

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and carry out timely repairs to minimize system downtime

• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and system health checks to ensure smooth operations

• Monitor system performance and escalate critical faults when necessary

• Support system installation, setup, configuration, and commissioning activities

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution

• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, incidents, and service reports

• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with operational and safety procedures

• Provide on-site technical support and respond to urgent system issues when required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, Information Technology, or related discipline

• Basic understanding of software applications and IT systems and familiarity with POS systems, Car Park Electronic Payment Systems, Ticketing or Access Control Systems

• Experience in troubleshooting both hardware and software issues

• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, TCP/IP, IP devices)

• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out daily production activities in accordance with SOP, safety, and quality requirements
• Operate production equipment and ensure smooth production flow
• Perform in-process quality checks and escalate abnormalities when required
• Support basic troubleshooting and follow established corrective action procedures
• Carry out accurate material system transactions and production documentation
• Report safety hazards, machine issues, product defects, and process abnormalities
• Support training activities and assist team members in maintaining production standards
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, work instructions, and company policies

Requirements
• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma or equivalent
• Candidates with pharma, medical device, cleanroom, GMP, machine operation, or manufacturing experience will have an advantage
• Candidates with basic troubleshooting or production equipment experience are preferred
• Able to work 12-hour rotating day and night shift
• Comfortable working in cleanroom attire such as gloves, hairnet, and mask
• Able to stand for long hours and support physical production duties when required
• Able to follow strict SOP, safety, and quality standards

12-hour rotating shift
Day Shift: 7.00am to 7.15pm
Night Shift: 7.00pm to 7.15am
Shift Pattern: 2-2-3 rotating shift
Rotation: 1 month day shift / 1 month night shift

The Production Planner is responsible for end‑to‑end production planning and scheduling to support manufacturing operations and customer delivery commitments. This role drives production schedule execution, finished goods inventory planning, and capacity alignment to meet Supply Chain Management KPIs.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, MD Assembly & Production Scheduling and is part of the Manufacturing and Operations team, located in Singapore, and will be an on‑site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Plan, release, and manage production schedules to support manufacturing execution and meet customer request dates, including timely work order creation and release to ensure uninterrupted production flow.

• Manage finished goods inventory planning by analyzing historical sales trends against PSI forecasts and translating insights into executable production plans that balance inventory targets, capacity utilization, and customer demand.

• Monitor capacity, risks, and operational issues, developing recovery plans to address quality issues, unplanned downtime, or supply disruptions, and highlighting risks that may impact schedule adherence or material availability.

• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Global Sourcing, Quality Assurance, Buyers, and Order Fulfillment teams to ensure material readiness and support new product introduction (NPI) and end‑of‑life (EOL) transitions.

• Drive continuous improvement and governance by applying Danaher Business System tools, maintaining planning‑related master data in SAP, and ensuring compliance with Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety requirements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

• Multiple years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or related functions within a manufacturing environment

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for planning and reporting purposes.

• Experience supporting production scheduling and forecasting in a structured manufacturing or operations setting.
