1. Introduction
We are seeking a Manager to join our team tosupport the efficient expansion of Climant Impact in the Asia Pacific regionand deliver the highest standard of consulting services to our clients.
As a Manager, you will contribute activelyto business development, strengthen proposal development, develop and shareinsights, make recommendations, and coordinate key milestones while stayinginformed of market developments. Your role must be performed in full compliancewith Climant Impact’s standards for quality, safety, legal compliance, andethics.
2. Scope of Work
2.1. Manage customer relationshipand project delivery
· Lead end-to-end delivery of low-carbon and sustainability strategyengagements for public and private sector clients, ensuring projects aredelivered on time and within budget
· Translate ambiguous low-carbonand sustainability challenges into structured problem statements, workplans,and analytical frameworks
· Serve as the primary day-to-dayclient interface, ensuring alignment with senior stakeholders anddecision-makers
2.2. Contribute actively to business development
· Build Climant Impact’s offers and client base, leveraging your clientknowledge, expertise, and market insights
· Drive proposal development by determining client needs and projectapproach along with defining the project team resourcing and budget/fees
· Engage with external stakeholders such as regulators, industrybodies, and technology partners to support ecosystem positioning throughpartnerships and industry platforms
· Represent the firm at industry conferences, policy forums, and roundtables,contributing expert perspectives on energy transition, sustainability, andemerging technologies
2.3. Develop internal operational systems and capabilities
· Build internal capabilities in low-carbonand sustainability tools, methodologies, and domain knowledge
· Design and support the implementationof AI-enabled operational systems to enhance delivery efficiency, knowledgemanagement, and decision-making across sustainability consulting engagements
2.4. Manage and develop people
· Manage and mentor junior consultants, structuring workstreams and ensuringquality control
3. Prerequisites
We are looking for talented and motivatedpeople to create the future of climate transition with us. The following experiencesand skills would be considered favorably in your application:
3.1. Educational and professional background
· A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in engineering, environmentalsciences, economics, finance, public policy, business administration, or arelated discipline
· An MBA or equivalent advanceddegree is preferred
· At least 5 years of experiencein strategy consulting, sustainability consulting, or relevant industry roles(e.g., renewable energy procurement, sales, or development)
3.2. Core consulting skillsets
· Strong track record in managingand delivering multiple project workstreams and teams in a consulting orcorporate environment under tight deadlines
· Demonstrated ability tostructure complex problems and develop hypotheses, conduct advanced qualitativeand quantitative analysis, and translate insights into clear, executive-levelrecommendations
· Proven ability to lead clientengagements and manage senior stakeholders while navigating ambiguity to drivealignment across diverse stakeholder groups
· Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills, including executive presence
· Experience applying AI toaccelerate consulting workflows, including data analysis, document review, andhypothesis generation
3.3. Commercial and business development acumen
· Experience contributing toproposals, bids, or business development activities
· Ability to identify clientneeds and translate them into structured project opportunities
3.4. Low-carbon energy and sustainability domain expertise
· Experience in one or more of the following areas: decarbonisationand transition planning, renewable energy supply and procurement, ESGframeworks and reporting, and climate risk and scenario analysis
· Strong understanding of howsustainability links to business value creation and risk mitigation
