We are expanding our site team and looking for a committed Site Supervisor / Site Agent to support our masonry operations in Johor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate brickwork, plastering, and skim coat works at site
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
• Coordinate closely with main contractor, consultants, and other subcontractors
• Arrange manpower planning and site work sequencing
• Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage
• Monitor site safety compliance and housekeeping standards
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates
• Assist in inspection works and ensure quality meets project requirements
• Support project manager in resolving technical and coordination issues

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years site supervision experience in construction works
• Experience in wet works / masonry works (brickwork, plastering, skim coat) preferred
• Able to read construction drawings and coordinate site activities independently
• Good coordination skills with main contractor and site teams
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines

Job Responsibility

• Supervise and coordinate end-to-end export and import logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient shipment execution.
• Lead and support the shipping team in shipment planning, documentation preparation, customs clearance, and delivery coordination.
• Monitor daily shipping activities and ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade requirements, and company policies.
• Liaise closely with Sales Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Purchasing departments to align shipment schedules and customer delivery requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping, export/import logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-leading role.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, Incoterms, and trade compliance requirements.
• Experience managing freight forwarders, customs agents, shipping documentation, and transportation providers.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce site safety compliance for brickwork, plastering, and skim coat works
• Ensure all workers follow CIDB and DOSH safety requirements
• Conduct daily toolbox briefings and safety awareness sessions
• Inspect scaffolding access areas, working platforms, and material handling practices
• Ensure proper usage of PPE by workers
• Liaise with Main Contractor Safety Officer / SHO on safety matters

JOB TITLE: Senior Supervisor

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager / Productions Manager

JOB PURPOSE

To supervise site operations, coordinate precast element deliveries, oversee precast mould repair activities, manage manpower deployment, and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Site Supervision

• Supervise daily site activities involving the installation, handling, and coordination of precast concrete elements.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor work progress and ensure project schedules are achieved.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve operational issues promptly.

Precast Mould Repair &Maintenance

• Oversee the repair, refurbishment, and maintenance of precast moulds to ensure operational readiness.
• Monitor mould conditions and coordinate repair schedules to minimize production disruptions.
• Ensure repair works meet quality and dimensional requirements.
• Maintain records of mould repairs and replacement requirements.

Logistics &Coordination

• Coordinate delivery schedules between Malaysia production plants, transport providers, and project sites in Singapore.
• Monitor inventory and movement of precast components, moulds, and related materials.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper handling of precast products.
• Liaise with transport contractors and site personnel to resolve delivery issues.

Manpower Management

• Lead and supervise site supervisors, workers, and subcontractors.
• Plan manpower deployment according to project and operational requirements.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, discipline, and performance of workers.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and provide on-site guidance and training.

Safety & Quality Compliance

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and project requirements.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved procedures and quality standards.
• Participate in safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.

Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and site progress reports.
• Report project issues, delays, manpower concerns, and logistics challenges to management.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities, deliveries, and repair works.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Building, Construction, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5–8 years of supervisory experience in the precast concrete, construction, or building industry.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision, precast installation, mould repair coordination, logistics planning, and manpower management.
• Good understanding of precast products, construction site operations, and project coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore workplace safety regulations and site practices.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to travel between project sites and Malaysia production plants when required.
