Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Processing guest check-ins and room assignments following hotel’s rate structures, discounts, sell/upsell strategies and accommodate to special requests whenever possible
• To provide assistance when required for luggage’s, safety box, additional guest room keys, transportation etc.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Managing incoming and outgoing letters

• Ensures guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

·Manage full spectrum of accounting and financial functions including statutory and Monetary Authority of Singapore reporting, month-end, quarterly and year-end closing process.
