REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience operating as a member of a senior executive or regional leadership team within complex, matrixed, multi‑market organizations.

• Demonstrated leadership of large‑scale transformation efforts, including organizational change, talent strategy evolution, and enterprise program adoption.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on individual to join our HR team. Reporting to the Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving key initiatives across Recruitment and Employer Branding, Compensation and Performance Management, Talent and Leadership Development, Learning and Development, and Employee Engagement. This role requires close collaboration with department heads, HR colleagues and senior management to strengthen organisation capabilities, build a positive workplace culture, and ensure alignment between people strategies and business priorities.

Job Responsibilities

As the HR Director, your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Business Partnering

You will be part of a team of HR Directors partnering with executive leaders and their teams to drive talent, succession planning, and development initiatives. In Pandora, business partnering has a strong focus on talent, succession, and development, but it also extends beyond that to include organisational development, operating models, ways of working, structure, costs, growth, sizing, and the overall People Experience.

• People Plans and Engagement

As part of the HR team, you will be responsible for establishing and delivering a strong People and Sustainability plan for the cluster. This includes driving initiatives that enhance Employee Engagement and the overall Employee Experience across the region.

As the cluster evolves, you will play a key role in identifying what’s needed to support its growth—from adapting People strategies to anticipating future workforce needs. • Talent Authority

Advance the talent, succession, and development agenda across your functional area by enabling leaders to grow their teams and develop future-ready talent. Responsibilities

1. Account & Stakeholder Leadership

• Serve as senior interface to customers and internal executives.

• Chair or co‑chair steering and programme governance forums, ensuring clear decisions, explicit ownership, controlled escalation 

• Manage misalignment between stakeholders with different priorities (e.g. governance vs operations) and drive resolution at the correct level.

2. Delivery Intervention & Stabilisation (Critical)

5. Programme Governance & Commercial Control

• Own programme‑level: Delivery confidence, Financial outcomes, Change control discipline

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant project / programme delivery experience, with at least 5 years in a Project Director / Programme Lead or equivalent senior role. PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

• Proven leadership of large, complex, multi‑stakeholder programmes (public sector, regulated environments, or mission‑critical systems strongly preferred) on time, within budget, and in compliance with legal requirements.

We are seeking an experienced and resilient Cloud Services Delivery Director to lead our Agency Tenant Facilities Management (ATFM) cloud operations team. In this role, you will be the driving force overseeing tenant workloads across the Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) environment, with a primary focus on AWS architecture.

Key Responsibilities

ATFM Cloud Operations & Service Management

• GCC Environment Management: Establish, maintain, and supervise highly available, scalable, and resilient AWS infrastructure hosting critical tenant agency applications within the GCC framework.
• Day-to-Day Operations Support: Lead the ATFM engineering team in simplifying and running routine IT infrastructure operations for various government tenant agencies.
• Automation & Monitoring: Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using automation (e.g., Ansible) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC via Terraform or CloudFormation) to maximize operational efficiency.
• Incident & Problem Management: Take accountability for high-severity incident responses, leading swift containment and resolution efforts to minimize disruption to public digital services.

Services Governance & GCC Migration

• Cloud Readiness Assessment: Lead detailed infrastructure and workload assessments for legacy or on-premises systems shifting to GCC AWS environments.

• Access & Data Protection: Enforce mandatory security controls, prioritizing strict Identity and Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), network segmentation, and encryption for data at rest and in transit.
