Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience in plastic manufacturing, plastic recycling, resin processing, injection moulding, extrusion, or related industries is an advantage.
• Proven track record in improving productivity, quality, cost control, and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, ISO standards, or continuous improvement practices is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production reporting.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.

• Provide HR support and guidance to line managers on a wide range of HR matters such as talent acquisition, benefits and learning & development, performance management, compliance and the successful execution of HR programs and initiatives

• Hands-on to handle the end-to-end Employee Life Cycle, HR Operations, Payroll and Budgeting and Third Party Outsourced Vendors

• Responsible for the monthly payroll and leave processing and the annual income tax filing with the outsourced service provider independently

• To register employee insurances with insurance vendor and attending to employee inquiries

• Manage the Annual Renewal of Medical insurance and Payroll Services which includes performing the due diligence, negotiation of rates for the payroll services and staff medical insurances and full evaluation of the service provider services

• Perform the Annual Outsourcing Review on the serviced providers in accordance with MAS Outsourcing Guidelines and Head Office’s Requirement

• Formulate, review, update and maintain HR Policies and Procedures to align with market practice

• Drive the recruitment with the line managers, handle the end-to-end recruitment which includes sourcing, interviewing, offer and negotiation

• Responsible for the full on-boarding of new hires, maintenance of employee personal files and off-boarding for leavers

• Responsible for preparing and submitting the reports to Head Office and the labour market surveys to the regulators promptly

• Create new joiner records and update the staff training record in Workday

• Provide training support and solution to employees and keep track of RNF representatives training requirements to comply with local regulatory requirements

• Plan and organise engaging social activities for the Bank to foster closer interaction and bonding among the staff

Job Scope:

1. Internship Programme Administration

• Manage the end-to-end administration of internship programme.

• Collate internship applications from various recruitment platforms and disseminate relevant applications to hiring supervisors.

• Coordinate calls for internship project submissions for scholarship and award schemes.

• Execute end-to-end processing of internship requests and internal approval workflows within the ERP system.

• Prepare Certificates of Completion and coordinate distribution with respective General Admins.

• Administer internship feedback forms and maintain proper records.

2. Training Coordination & Operations Support

• Training Coordination: Liaise with departments to consolidate schedules and manage the SharePoint training repository.

• Enrolment & Tracking: Monitor sign-ups, provide stakeholders status updates.

• Partnership: Manage agreements, pre-enrolment documentation, and onboarding processes as the primary point of contact.

• Program Administration: Support training logistics, including participant briefings, room setup, and attendance tracking.

• Finance & Reporting: Oversee end-to-end billing and process invoices accurately.

• Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned to support the department’s strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related disciplines.

• Prior experience in administrative, operations, HR, training coordination, or internship management roles would be advantageous.

• Strong coordination and communication skills with ability to manage all internal and external stakeholders

• Meticulous and organised, with good follow-through on operational matters, complex administrative tasks, financial documentation

Requirements
