Responsibilities :

1. To assist on follow-up actions assigned.
2. Provide personal support to AGM, Sales & Marketing in daily sales and customers management.
3. Maintain and update sales pipeline, etc.
4. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong customer relationships.
5. Prepare other Sales Department documents such as quotation, Sales order, etc.
6. Prepare report required by the Sales Department.
7. Files and maintains records/documents.
8. Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and candidates with relevant work experience will have an added advantage.
• Possess an excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Able to communicate effectively in Malay and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers.
