Job Description:

1) Pre-Award Contract Management
· Review tender documents, contracts, confidentiality agreements or the like assigned by Manager to ensure that the Company's interests and requirements are addressed and met.

· Provide contract summaries and identify key contract clauses and ensure that they are highlighted to project team in event of award & vendors in event of subcontracting.

· Ensure contract documents are approved by internal stakeholders and signed by authorised person(s) of the Company.

· Liaise with customers on submission of contractual documents.

2) Post-Award Contract Management

· Assist in procurement of the on-going projects pertaining to vendors’ responses to the Company’s terms and conditions

· Assist with issuance of bank guarantees / other type of guarantee letters

· Draft letters to vendors

· Draft letters to customers of the Company

· Assist in reviewing claims to customers and verify vendor’s claims

3) Insurance support
· Managing insurance related matters, including insurance claims

· Liaise with insurance brokers and relevant internal stakeholders on quotations, declarations and various insurance related queries.

4) Department support
· Manage contract database including sub-database for non-disclosure agreements.

· Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned by the Manager from time to time, such as basic due diligence checks on external stakeholders, research on laws & regulations, etc.

Requirements:
· Bachelor of Laws -LLB or any professional qualification related to quantity survey
· Minimum of 5 years related experience.

· Excellent writing skills, attentive to details, proactive and organized

Job Description:

• Timely processing of employee expense claim for monthly reimbursement (as assigned) & adhoc reimbursement (if any)

• Related company billing/debit note

• WSEF Accounts Payable functions with knowledge of 3-way matching (as assigned)

• Timely matching and recording of all trade or non-trade invoices.

• Follow up with approval and perform payment proposals for telegraphic transfer, borrowing or GIRO to local and overseas vendors.

• Intercompany and interbank fund transfer

• Handling vendors’ inquiries and coordinating with operations on issues on hand.

• Reconciliation of Vendor & Interco balances

• In charge of AP month end closing processes.

• Undertake other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma with at least 5 years of experience

• Knowledge of Singapore Goods and Service Tax

• Basic command of written and spoken English

• Knowledge in SAP system

• Experience in accounts and AP related functions

• Generation of content, advertising and marketing communications across all media platforms and sites (working together with Corporate)
• Monitor performance and effectiveness of marketing efforts, share findings and report with Management periodically
• Collaborate with the necessary stakeholder to ensure compliance with Corporate guidelines
• Develop sales & marketing proposals, update company presentation periodically, content creation/marketing collaterals and closely collaborate with necessary stakeholders to obtain necessary information.
• Support the Sales team in planning, implementing and executing sales and marketing activities according to requirements, target audience and objectives
• Evaluate participation in trade shows and keep an active calendar on upcoming events.
• Complete pre-qualification documents and other tender related surveys
• Address, resolve or escalate queries coming in via various channels such as email, related media platforms, phone calls.
• Update of leads and opportunities database as well as compiling sales report and forecast on a pre-determined basis
• Prepare and maintain project database, presentations, project photos/portfolio, sales brochures and whitepapers
• Conduct customer and market surveys as required

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of sales & marketing experience (including 3 years in modular fabrication) within energy (oil & gas) industry
• Matured presentation, email, oratory and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a strong network of industry players / clients to generate new business opportunities
• Willing to travel extensively
• Flair for connecting with people

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparation of HR documents, coordination of meetings, and handling general HR enquiries.
• Provide office admin support, including liaising with visitors, renovations, facilities, etc.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring all employee information and documentation are accurate and kept confidential.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave records, and attendance tracking.
• Coordinate training sessions, staff activities, and other HR-related events.
• Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR administration or HR support role or Office admin support
• Good knowledge of employment regulations and HR practices.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook).
