The Facilities Engineer Analyst role is responsible for providing technical support, system governance, and data-driven analysis for Facilities operations. This role supports the operational stability and continuous improvement of facility systems, including maintenance management, building monitoring, utilities monitoring, and sustainability systems.

The role is also responsible for departmental systems related to finance, inventory, compliance, and facilities governance. Acting as a key coordinator for Facilities management systems, this position supports ISO compliance, cost control, sustainability initiatives, and RBA requirements.

The role makes substantial technical contributions to the department by applying proven solutions to complex operational and system-related challenges. It also supports innovation by analyzing customer feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to technical enhancements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and support Facilities-related digital systems including:
  • Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

As Manufacturing Process Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining specific tools on a manufacturing production or NPI line. The successful candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and collaborate effectively. Communicates with engineers and technical specialist regarding sputter metrology tools measurement results and calibration procedure. Regular Responsibilities

• Lead shift technicians to carry out daily shift work.

Job Description

Facilities Engineer will be responsible as a system owner on designated Facility System and Equipments for its operation, maintenance, and engineering. He/She will be able to routinely use technical judgment in solving problems making routine recommendations and improving existing work processes. He/She will make substantial technical contributions to the success of the department using proven solutions for complex technical problems. He/She will listen to customer feedback, recognize opportunities and provide feedback for technical innovation. Decision could impact quality and schedule of projects but would generally be contained to the department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and provide remote and on-site technical assistance to service teams and customers.
• Analyze recurring issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform PLC programming, image detection, sensing technology, etc. according to product requirements.
• Carry out installation of process instrumentation, testing and commissioning job at site.
• Support installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical systems for upgrades or retrofits.
• Configure and calibrate electrical components such as sensors, drives, motors, PLCs, and safety devices.

He/She is responsible for reducing costs associated within the area. This responsibility may include owning and completing cost reduction projects, identifying cost effective sustaining/manufacturing improvements, minimizing regular expenditures, and helping to promote a cost conscious culture.

As the focal point for shift activities, the operator ensures effective communication through timely responses, constructive feedback, and thorough handovers to the next or regular shift.

Additionally, they are responsible for executing assigned tasks to maintain product quality and prevent environmental pollution, workplace incidents, injuries, and ill health.

To oversee daily facility operations, ensure reliability of building systems, and manage the performance of the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service provider to meet safety, quality, cost, and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead minor projects, upgrades, and retrofit works

Planner 2 - Production Control

We are seeking an experienced Planner 2 to join our Production Control team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring efficient coordination between planning, production, and supply chain functions. You will play a critical role in meeting customer demand while minimizing costs and maximizing operational efficiency.
