To oversee daily facility operations, ensure reliability of building systems, and manage the performance of the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service provider to meet safety, quality, cost, and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations & Maintenance

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, etc.)
• Ensure all critical systems operate efficiently with minimal downtime
• Review and approve preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Monitor work orders, service requests, and completion timelines
• Ensure asset reliability and lifecycle management

2. IFM Supplier Management

• Act as the main point of contact for the IFM provider
• Manage IFM contract scope, deliverables, and KPIs/SLAs
• Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of IFM services

• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and escalation management

3. Safety, Health & Environment (EHS)

4. Compliance & Regulatory

• Ensure facility complies with local authority requirements (e.g., fire safety, environmental, building regulations)

5. Budget & Cost Control

• Develop and manage OPEX and maintenance budgets
• Track IFM contract costs and ensure value for money
• Review quotations, approve expenditures, and control cost leakage
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service levels

6. Project & Improvement Management

• Lead minor projects, upgrades, and retrofit works
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for expansions or modifications
• Drive reliability improvement and energy efficiency initiatives

7. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, EHS, finance)
• Communicate service performance and issues effectively
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution

1. Product Lead overseeing Media programs from qualification through mass production and end-of-life. Primary interface between internal cross-functional teams and external customers to deliver on-time product launches and production ramp readiness.

• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for capital equipment portfolios (wafer fabrication, HDD/SSD manufacturing, test equipment) supporting $XXM+ annual spend • Lead cross-functional teams in supplier selection, negotiation, and contract execution for high-value capital investments • Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization through strategic supplier partnerships and innovative commercial models • Establish multi-year sourcing roadmaps aligned with WD's technology roadmap and capacity expansion plans

Supplier Relationship & Risk Management
