We are seeking an experienced and results-driven ServiceNow SAMPro Consultant to further develop and support our Software Asset Management solution within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end design, build, and run of the ServiceNow SAM Pro capability whilst ensuring accurate software discovery, normalisation, entitlement management, compliance calculations, and optimisation across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS estates.

Drive measurable cost avoidance, audit readiness, and robust governance while integrating SAM with associated ServiceNow modules, i.e. CMDB/CSDM, CSM / ITOM workflows.

Strategy & Design

• Define SAMPro vision, roadmap, and operating model
• Establish CSDM-aligned data model and governance for software models, discovery sources, and service mapping
• Prioritise publishers/products by risk and value (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe, VMware, Salesforce)

Delivery & Development (Build)

• Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro capabilities (to include but not limited to);

o Software model creation & normalisation, categorisation, lifecycle and de-duplication

o Entitlements (contracts, SKUs, metrics, rights, downgrade/upgrade rules, secondary use)

o Compliance rules, reconciliation, and Effective Licence Position (ELP) logic

o Publisher Packs (e.g.,Microsoft, Oracle, IBM) and content library utilisation

o Reclamation and software request flows (catalogue, approvals, fulfilment integration)

o SaaS Management (where in scope), licence utilisation, off-boarding, role rationalisation

o Cloud/Datacentre metrics (per-core, per-processor, CALs, IBM PVU/RVU, sub-capacity, Oracle partitioning, MS server/CAL, containerised workloads)

• Build integrations (e.g. Discovery, SCCM/MECM, Intune)
• Develop using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules, UI Policies/Actions, and Workspaces
• Create dashboards & KPIs in Platform Analytics (i.e. compliance trends, spend, reclaim, risk, audit exposure)

Run & Support (Operate)

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and advancing our IT Cloud ecosystem, ensuring the design, governance, and operation of enterprise-scale Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions in line with Version 1 standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, govern, and operate Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions to support business objectives.
• Define the platform vision for Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform applications/flows, focusing on high-value scenarios such as HR, IT, Procurement, and Sales.
• Prioritize and deliver impactful agent use cases across business functions.
• Establish and manage environment strategies (Development, Testing, Production).
• Implement Data Loss Prevention policies and connector controls.

Job Description – Technical Lead/ Sr. Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in Agentic AI development and VIBE coding to build next-generation applications leveraging AI-assisted platforms and cloud services. The ideal candidate combines strong programming skills with advanced prompt engineering techniques and experience in modern AI/ML workflows.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead development and testing team, as the Technical Lead.
· Own the technical design and architecture of the application.
· Develop applications using VIBE coding on platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude Code, or Amazon Q (expertise in at least one platform).
· Design and optimize prompt engineering meta templates for AI-assisted development.
· Apply advanced prompting techniques (context layering, instruction files, rule sets) on at least one VIBE platform.
· Architect and deploy applications on AWS or Azure, leveraging standard cloud services.
· Integrate cloud AI services (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure AI) into application workflows.
