• Lead or support digital transformation (DX) projects to improve customer and employee experience.

• Conduct regular service quality reviews and implement corrective actions where required.

• Support sales teams with new customer enquiries, renewals, and service-related requests.

• Define, track, and manage team KPIs aligned with business objectives.

• Lead staff performance management through coaching, appraisals, and development planning.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

• Proven experience in technical support or service operations management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and high-level escalations.

• Customer-facing experience with strong stakeholder management ability.

• Experience in carrier network architecture or telecom delivery environments is an advantage.

• Able to provide after-hours remote support for urgent or critical incidents.

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
