TOMRA Recycling is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Area Sales Manager – Southeast Asia to drive business growth across the Southeast Asian recycling market. Based in Malaysia and working remotely, this role will focus on developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting TOMRA’s sensor-based sorting solutions across multiple Southeast Asian countries.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager, New Markets, and the Head of Sales APAC, while collaborating with customers, partners, suppliers, and internal technical experts to develop and execute long-term growth strategies in the waste and metal recycling industries. 

This is a full-time role in a team that operates 7 days a week. Our Service Centre is operational between the hours of 7:00am - 10:00pm daily.

The Service Centre operates as the nerve-centre of the TOMRA operation, monitoring our systems throughout NSW via remote login to minimise downtime and coordinate all onsite maintenance and repairs, as well as provide Australia wide customer service.  You will be required to interface with our partners, technicians and customers. This role is heavily team based so we are looking for someone who enjoys working with others and thrives in a team environment.

You will be located in the TOMRA Sydney office in St Leonards and will work on a shift-based roster that includes 1 weekend day a week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide hotline technical support to partners and colleagues in the field
• Assist with customer queries and complaints
• Monitor systems and run diagnostics via a web-based portal
• Interact with technicians, colleagues and partners visiting sites
• Analyse anomalies and take corrective actions
• Perform configurations and changes to the machines remotely online
• Dispatch field service staff in order to coordinate onsite maintenance and repairs

Our Customer Experience Ambassadors also play a large role in boosting the TOMRA brand and are the face of TOMRA here in Australia.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries
- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service to ensure our customers have a great experience
- Ensuring the recycling centre is well presented by maintaining a safe, clean, efficient and professional environment for team members and TOMRA customers
- Carryout regular cleaning and maintenance of our reverse vending machines
- Monitoring the recycling centre for any hazards and reporting concerns as they arise
- Ad-hoc duties as required by management

Role Summary：

FinanceSupervisor, TOMRA Singapore Responsible for end-to-end accounting operations, including AP/AR,financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support, while driving processimprovements and coordinating with internal and international teams.

Your tasks

·        Processingof accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoiceposting, payments, and collections

·        Preparationof payment runs and online banking

·        Preparationof and participation in monthly and annual financial statements

·        Preparingbalance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports

·        Bankand account reconciliations

·        Implementationand improvement of accounting processes

·        Supportingaudits and liaising with external auditors and tax advisors

·        Liaisingwith internal teams and international colleagues on finance matters

·        Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by thecompany（e.g. ERPsystem(IFS),  invoicing, payroll, claims, insurance, and general administrativesupport)）

Qualifications

Your profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or ACCA,CA, or its equivalent

·        Minimum3 years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word, PowerPoint
• Good understanding of relevant financial reporting standards
• Self-starter with a positive mindset who can plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Meticulous and detail orientated
• Ability to work in an agile organization environment
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
