Job Summary

Markets, Credit Trading (“CT”) provides solutions for clients through various products across regions. The Central Credit Unit (“CCU”) sits as a buy side portfolio and deploys balance sheet, capital and liquidity to achieve higher return on capital and generate higher revenue through investments in high quality investment grade spread assets.

Key Responsibilities

Business

• Responsibility includes managing and delivering appropriate returns on the CCU Portfolio which optimises the use of balance sheet through purchases and sales of a variety of spread securities.

• The role includes identifying opportunities in the spread bond market across various asset types which not only meet various return hurdles but also minimises risk and volatility whilst maintaining an appropriate level of diversity in the portfolio.

• The role requires end to end management of the portfolio from execution to booking and pricing as well as managing MTM and credit risks in a timely manner.

• The role further requires management of the rates risk in the CCU portfolio keeping in mind the total rates risk run across CT.

• Assist CT in developing and executing a strategy for optimal use of financial resource management including but not limited to leverage, funding, rwa all to maximise ROTE for the bank.

• Risk-manage non-linear interest rate risk through econ hedging.

• Generate value add through capturing medium-term ranges in dollar rates by dynamically adjusting swaps in the FVOCI book

• Macro analysis and develop model for tracking key variables.

• Credit analysis on specific credits and structures as well as the market.

• ABS and Ginnie Mae knowledge helpful.

• Trade idea generation across sovereigns, credit, MBS. Create signalling tools, fair value calculators to aid in idea generation.

• CT business and risk management processes are defined and governed in various risk, governance and control committees.

• Accountable for helping establish and maintain frameworks to ensure processes are efficient, appropriate and compliant with all internal and external regulations.

• Assist in training team members in CCU and in CT on how to practically run an investment portfolio from booking to pricing and risk management especially in reference to credit.

Risk Management

• The role involved active risk management on the CCU portfolio looking market and credit risks across rates and credit. The portfolio risk management is important where we consider concentrations by sector and geography. It’s important to for the person in the role to consider capital impacts from each position and from a portfolio view to assess the risk that is being run. Also, complete understanding and maintaining exposures within prescribed risk limits is essential.

Governance

• It is essential that the person in the role manages the extensive governance requirements from booking trades, report sign off and maintain requirements for SCBs risk and regulatory framework. This extends to completing e-learning’s on time.

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is responsible for the commercial oversight, performance management, and risk governance of the Bank’s third party ecosystem.

The SCM Global Technology team is seeking an experienced technology leader with the seniority and credibility to operate at executive level across Technology & Operations, while leading strategic, value based relationships with the Bank’s most strategic technology suppliers. Strategy

Job Summary

The Payment and Treasury Solutions team (PTS) is accountable for designing, structuring and delivering non-vanilla and bespoke cash management and Treasury solutions to our client base using a range of products within SCB and from external partners, as appropriate.

PTS is a core part of the product management team that is accountable for ensuring that the solutions developed are in compliant with the Bank’s policies and procedures, regulatory framework as well as ensuring that the products and process are in line with market needs and overall strategic product directions.

This team engages/consults with clients on their bespoke or complex needs and provides solutions which are customised. This team also leads best practice sharing sessions with clients and prospects on areas like Treasury centre setups, In-house bank structures etc.

This role requires direct sales / structuring experience and proven ability to interact with senior external stakeholders (MNC clients). Experience in working with a corporate treasury, finance or digital teams in an added advantage.

JOB SUMMARY

SME Banking provides a suite of cash management products and services as well as funding options to support companies in Singapore to manage their business needs.

As the Cash Management Product Manager, you will be expected to understand the suite of cash management products and services, use cases, corresponding pricing methodology as well as the suitability of these products for the SME customers.

This role will report to Head of SME Banking Product & Strategy, and work with key stakeholders across Transaction Banking including implementation and operations teams, Group SME Banking, Relationship managers, CDD and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies jointly with TB, Group SME Banking and SME Sales teams to increase the wallet share of existing to bank and new to bank customers in their usage of cash management product and services, investments, insurance and hedging solutions, in accordance with the business objectives of the BB customers

• Develop new products and drive the growth of existing products under your care through incorporating clients’ needs, understanding market competition, defining product features and revenue drivers, streamlining internal on-boarding processes, setting sales team and individual product targets, and maximizing sales acquisition channels.

• Conduct portfolio reviews of SME clients using MIS to assess opportunities to drive operating account behavior, upsell or cross sell, determine the reasonableness of fees and interest pricing as well as take relevant actions (for e.g. target client engagement, product features adjustments or targeted sales campaigns) to achieve the above objectives

Job Summary

The role within the Private Banking COO Office supports the frontline business by strengthening first line of defence controls across suitability, conduct, and operational risk. The role is responsible for monitoring, surveillance, governance reporting, and control oversight to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworks. Working closely with Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Risk, the role promotes strong conduct standards and fair client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance reviews across frontline activities (including voice logs and suitability assessments) to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and conduct standards.

• Identify, investigate, and escalate inappropriate, mis selling, or suspicious activities (e.g. cross border breaches, conduct risk, fraud indicators) through structured sampling and review methodologies.

• Perform trend and root cause analysis on exceptions to identify emerging risk themes and inform targeted remediation and frontline training.

• Act as Process Owner for assigned COO Office control domains (e.g. Cross Border, Pricing, Vulnerable Clients), overseeing end to end control frameworks, governance, and effectiveness.

• Partner with Suitability and Order Taking Process Owners, Compliance, and Product teams to implement new regulatory requirements and enhance or streamline existing controls.

Job Summary

Manage and delivery product objectives within the country for Securities Services across ASEAN countries in alignment with global objectives for the product line, including financial and non-financial performance, enhancement of capabilities, product and client access future strategies, and oversight of risk and governance in alignment with the Product Head for SS and regional Product Strategy.

Product Management and Development

Financial Performance and profitability

• Directly responsible for the SS product P&L within the country

Market Advocacy

Job Summary

The purpose of the role is to

• Maximize new business/acquisition/referral opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships to the specified service standards for the Priority Clients segment

Implementation and oversight of the below individual responsibilities:

• To conduct a professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling session with customers to meet their financial needs/objectives.

• To foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.

• In consultation with the PB team manager/ branch manager/ PTL, draw up monthly plans for achieving/exceeding sales targets to meet new business and customer acquisition goals

• To participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.

• To source and call on individual prospects

• To provide quality, efficient after-sales services

• To manage anti-attrition and retention of clients

• To organise and conduct sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies and other organisations.

• To solicit referrals from other parts of SCB eg. RMs from C&I, staff, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory and Business Conduct

• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

• Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent)

Our Ideal Candidate

• Client Acquisition Experience

• Account Management (of HNW Individuals) Experience

• Good understanding and command of Mandarin as the incumbent will be supporting Greater China markets.

• 3+ years of experience in Banking and Wealth Management

• Technical knowledge and expertise in consumer banking products (i.e. Treasury, Equities, Funds, Insurance, etc.)
