Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of accounting and financial functions including statutory and Monetary Authority of Singapore reporting, month-end, quarterly and year-end closing process.

• Organize, prioritize, and delegate room assignments to ensure efficient room turnover
  
• Conduct daily briefings with employees and maintain effective communication within the department.
  
• Ensure Lost & Found items are handled according to SOPs and floor pantries are stocked with adequate supplies.
  
• Report maintenance issues within assigned area to the Housekeeper.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, work processes and standard operating procedures by providing guidance to junior staff and new hires to ensure adherence to the requirements.
  
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally. 
  

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
  
• At least 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel setting with supervisory exposure preferred
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

Position Summary
Independently develop electrical power and automation design in compliance with class rules and technical specifications, ensuring delivery within assigned project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, review, and integration of marine electrical power systems, automation systems, and navigation/communication systems for assigned projects.
• Perform and review technical studies including short-circuit analysis, harmonic analysis, discrimination studies, protection coordination, and FMEA.
• Develop and review key engineering deliverables such as:Single line diagrams (SLDs)Control system topologiesLoad analysis and load balancing reportsVoltage drop calculationsLux (illumination) calculationsTechnical specifications for equipment procurement aligned with project requirements and classification society rules
• Prepare detailed design documentation including schematics, layout drawings, cable routing plans, and termination drawings.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with applicable marine regulations, standards, and project requirements.

Experience & Educational Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in marine/offshore electrical engineering design.
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Marine Engineering or related discipline.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of marine power systems, automation systems, and navigation systems
• Familiarity with classification rules and international standards (IEC / IEEE / NEC)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and AVEVA tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
