Responsibilities:
- Assist specialists in advanced clinical and dental procedures.
- Prepare, sterilize, and manage specialist dental instruments.
- Ensure high standards of infection control during specialist treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness of clinic facilities, ensuring readiness for specialist procedures.
- Ensure patient comfort throughout specialist treatments.
- Perform desk duties with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Train and mentor junior dental assistants as needed.
- Assist with inventory management for specialist instruments.
- Handle any ad hoc duties as requested by the Supervisor or Specialist.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, assisting in specialist procedures such as endodontics, orthodontics, or prosthodontics.
- Strong ability to work independently, with excellent decision-making skills and proactive initiative in a specialist environment.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills for patient care.
- High attention to detail in infection control and handling specialized instruments.
- Leadership skills to mentor junior staff and maintain high clinical standards.
- Familiarity with specialized dental procedures, equipment, and materials is required.
