Job Requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese (business level)
- Able to read and write in Japanese (business level)
- Experienced Japanese Izakaya Manager level and above with more than 10 years
- Experienced being in charge for setting up new Japanese restaurant with at least 3 outlets
- Basic knowledge of Japanese food / sake and their cooking methods
- Proficient in Microsoft (Office Excel and Word)
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining restaurant business profit based on the company policy
- Providing staff training based on the company policy
- Scheduling and allocation of manpower
- Creating food menu with seasonal Japanese food
- Liaise with supplier in Japan for ordering Japanses seasonal item/ sakes / foods
- Cost calculation and sales promotion
- Designing and drawing of menu book
- Handling customer feedback and complaints
