This role will be responsible for supporting key internal Global Technical Support process and automation projects with the aim of facilitating support adoption of infrastructure changes, enhancing the customer and employee support experience. Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

As the Senior Marketing Manager for TMT, you will drive ServiceNow’s industry-led marketing strategy for India’s rapidly evolving Telecom, Media and Technology sectors. • 5+ years in digital advertising operations, campaign management, or ad tech roles 
• Strong technical proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, The Trade Desk, and Adobe Advertising Cloud 
• Experience managing multi-country campaigns with regional complexity (language, currency, regulations) 
• Understanding of tracking/measurement: pixels, tags, GTM, conversion tracking, basic data integrations 
• ​​Hands-on experience with billing reconciliation and budget management​​​ 
• ​​​​Proven expertise in regional technical ​​requirements​​ and data governance, ​​with experience managing technical data integrity within distributed operating models.​​​ 
• GDPR and regional privacy law knowledge and experience ensuring compliance in digital advertising
