Job Description

Ensure supplier master data accuracy and compliance across ERP systems, with special focus on Spanish-speaking supplier markets.

Interpret information correctly and able to make sound decisions to support the business while maintaining controls during set up.

Apply corporate rules and best practices when reviewing requests to identify errors in global data fields and rejects, escalates or remediates errors, if any.

Create, update, and validate supplier records, including tax IDs, banking details, and certifications in both English and Spanish.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality of data.

Perform regular review and clean-up of master data.

Ensure internal controls relating to maintenance of master data are in place and effective.

Support implementation of master data process improvement initiatives. 

• Handle complex cases, escalations, and non-standard certification scenarios; act as first-level escalation points for client and affiliate queries.
• Manage certificate processing, issuance, and related file handling
• Ensure certificates and registrations are processed in accordance with contract requirements and business rules
• Deliver prompt and professional certification services to meet client expectations
• Maintain high levels of quality and productivity.
• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of Certificates of Conformity (CoC) in line with Conformity Assessment Instructions, Business Rules, and relevant procedures

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – HR/ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Human Resources (HR)

· Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records maintenance

· Coordinate onboarding logistics such as office equipment, laptops, mobile lines, and system access

· Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication

· Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations

· Administer employee benefits, including insurance, medical claims, and leave management

Primary responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to Assistant/Business Manager in the operations for their respective sections - OGC Petroleum Department.
• Assist in the correct execution, including advising the Admin Department on reporting and invoicing, of all orders for respective sections for inspection and testing services in the Petroleum Department - in accordance with order requirements, client standard operating procedures, industry standards, OGC standards or policy directives.

Specific responsibilities:

Job Description:

• Assist senior surveyors on board tankers and carry out proper reference sampling of various liquid cargoes.
• Assist senior surveyors to perform inspection of loading, unloading and transshipment of bulk liquid product, crude tankers.
• Assist senior surveyors to measure shore tanks and ships’ tanks and ascertain volumes and weights of cargo according to SGS Standard method of calculation.

-  Organize the resource of team to perform daily operation relevant to inquiries, samples receipt/ dispatch, test reports, debt collection, etc.

The Senior Fixed Asset Accountant is responsible for completeness, accuracy and timeliness of operations in the fixed asset accounts.
