This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and exposure to international business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate corporate secretarial and administrative processes end-to-end   
• Act as the primary liaison with banks, accounting partners, and Singapore authorities (IRAS, ACRA, SAL)
• Maintain and improve internal tracking systems and databases with high accuracy
• Support directors by driving follow-ups and ensuring tasks are completed on time
• Serve as the main coordination point for the Singapore office
• Ensure compliance timelines and documentation are met without delays

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English , proficiency in Russian considered a strong advantage.
• Prior experience in corporate services, administration, or operations is strongly preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail·       
• Professional and confident communicator with clients and stakeholders
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines·       
• Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
