About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to support our Clients, Export Department of a leading global logistics company. This is a 3-month contract role based in Changi South, suitable for entry-level candidates who are organized, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of export shipment records into internal systems
• Verify and update shipping documentation and export-related data
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure data completeness and accuracy
• Generate and maintain reports using MS Excel
• Assist with general administrative and operational support for the Export Department

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, data sorting, vlookup)
• Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently
• Able to commit to a 3-month contract

Salary: $2,300 per month
Location: Changi South
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Contract Duration: 3 months (commitment required)

Job Description:

Proper documentation of COA and quantity of delivered chemicals for

Transport chemical drums and bags on forklift/reach truck/stacker and

place them at designated locations across the entire plant.

Loading and unloading

Handling of packages bundles 10-15kg

Sorting, labelling leather according to size, country of origin and color

QC checks and stocktaking

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations – oversee inbound receiving, inter warehouse transfer (IWT), reverse logistics, cycle count and export shipment.

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff – manage, coach, and monitor performance of warehouse team members.

• Coordinate inventory control – conduct and support regular inventory checks, cycle counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.

• Maintain warehouse safety compliance – ensure all safety rules, health standards, and regulatory requirements are followed within the warehouse.

• Implement and monitor SOPs – enforce standard operation procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities and help update procedures for better efficiency.

• Manage import shipments – liaise with local forwarders to arrange shipment truck in and out. To check accuracy of import receiving and putaway.

• Assist with system and data management – update warehouse system, handle stock IWT transactions and database entries.

• Manage stock discrepancies – investigate stock variances, oversee adjustments, and implement corrective actions for inventory errors.

• Support continuous improvement – identify and suggest workflow improvements, cost-saving ideas, and efficiency initiatives.

• Handle ad-hoc duties – carry out additional tasks assigned by the warehouse manager or senior management as required.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Assistant with Investment Banking (IBD) exposure to support senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This role will also include ad-hoc receptionist duties when required.

Key Responsibilities

Team Assistant Duties

• Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the team
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling conflicts
• Coordinate meetings, events, client engagements, and logistics (travel, VC, materials)
• Organize client entertainment, including dinners and internal events
• Prepare business presentations and documents (printing, binding, formatting)
• Arrange conference calls and distribute relevant materials
• Maintain efficient filing systems and documentation

Travel Management

• Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas)
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries with schedules, contacts, and logistics

Communication

• Handle calls professionally, screen messages, and ensure timely follow-ups

Receptionist Duties (when required)

• Manage front desk and act as first point of contact for visitors
• Greet guests and handle enquiries professionally
• Prepare beverages and maintain pantry cleanliness and supplies

Requirements

• Must have prior Investment Banking (IBD) experience
• Proven experience as a Team Assistant / Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional, polished, and service-oriented
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
