Responsibilities
- Communicate daily with customers to understand and respond to their automobile repair and bodywork requirements and inquiries
- Perform automobile repairs and bodywork to restore vehicle condition according to customer needs
- Apply sanding techniques to prepare vehicle surfaces for repair and finishing
- Use putty application skills to fill and smooth damaged areas on vehicle bodies
- Execute polishing processes to achieve a high-quality finish on repaired surfaces
- Perform body dent repairs and metal welding to restore vehicle structure
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate 5 to 10 years of experience in automobile repair and bodywork to enhance task performance
- Apply knowledge of sanding, putty application, and polishing processes to support effective vehicle restoration
