• Verify and action credit changes within your delegation and escalate requests above delegation to the State Credit Manager.
• Partner with branch teams and Customer Relations Managers to resolve disputes, facilitate documentation and remove obstacles to payment.
• Accurately record all customer interactions and actions in the Oracle Collections module.
• Review Credit Referral queues and assess order status for accounts flagged for review.
• Reconcile accounts and assist with payment allocation, matching payments and credits to invoices where required.
• Participate in the team’s shared call-centre roster, handling incoming customer and branch enquiries throughout the day.

• Maintaining a well-run storeroom and contributing to the overall look of the branch. 

• Loading & unloading deliveries; pick, pack, dispatch orders; receipt goods in/out; inventory & stocktake. 

• Driving safely and abiding by road rules at all times. 

• Champion an already strong safety culture. 

• Providing customer service and sales support to a vast range of trades who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia

• Full P&L accountability for the region including driving Sales, margin, and EBIT growth for the region
• Develop and implement an annual business plan for the regions
• Ensure all staff are aligned to the goals of the organisation and the region through clear and constant communication and resource allocation
• Promote customer centricity across the region
• Working with Branch Managers on the development and delivery of their Budgets and Business Plans
• Control stock loss and stock shrinkage and achieve obsolete/inactive stock budgets
• Ensure all branches in region are compliant with the Rexel Work Health and Safety Policy and Management System

• Manage AP Overheads and COD inboxes, ensuring invoices are correctly coded, approved, and ready for processing in line with Rexel’s Delegation of Authority.
• Prepare and maintain AP folders including capex, property, rebates, and rejected invoices.
• Verify supplier bank details through EFTSURE and support the resolution of EFTSURE rejections.
• Assist with supplier setup and changes, including ABN/GST checks and maintaining accurate Oracle records.
• Support the end‑to‑end COD process and coordinate urgent payment priorities with the data entry team.
• Raise journals and vouchers for adjustments, corrections, and COD transactions.
• Follow up outstanding approvals and resolve rejected invoices from B2BE and data entry.
• Respond to stakeholder queries, including supplier reconciliations, to ensure smooth AP operations.
• Contribute to daily and month‑end AP deadlines to maintain Rexel’s high standards of accuracy and service.
