About the Role
We are looking for a Content & Social Media Executive to join our team and help bring our
brands to life through engaging content and visual storytelling.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, designing visuals, and
experimenting with social media ideas. You will work closely with the team to execute
marketing campaigns, create social media content, and support brand growth across our
wedding and lifestyle brands.
We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong
interest in digital content and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
● Create and schedule social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, and Xiao Hong Shu
● Develop creative ideas for posts, reels, and stories
● Assist in planning and executing monthly content calendars
● Capture behind-the-scenes content during shoots, events, and campaigns
Design & Visual Assets
● Design marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
● Create visuals for social media posts, event promotions, marketing campaigns and educational content
● Ensure visual consistency with the brand’s style and tone
Video & Short-Form Content
● Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools
● Create engaging reels and short-form videos for social media
● Assist in storytelling through visual content
Campaign & Event Support
● Support marketing campaigns, styled shoots, and wedding fairs
● Assist in preparing marketing materials and promotional content
Content Performance
● Track the performance of posts and campaigns
● Identify content that performs well and propose new ideas to test
Requirements
Skills
● Proficient in Canva or Photoshop
● Basic video editing skills (CapCut preferred)
● Comfortable using Instagram and short-form video platforms
● Strong sense of visual aesthetics and storytelling
Mindset
● Willing to learn and take feedback
● Detail-oriented and organised
● Positive team player
● Curious about social media trends and creative ideas
Experience
● 0-3 years experience in marketing, content creation, or social media
● Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome
Bonus (Good to Have)
● Interest in weddings, lifestyle, beauty, or photography
● Familiar with Xiao Hong Shu / Lemon8 trends
● Experience creating Reels or TikTok content
