Manage and organize project documentation, records, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
Handle general office administration tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining filing systems.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, site visits, and project milestones.
Record and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Support the team in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters.
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and documentation.
Facilitate the flow of information between project team members.
Process invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders related to project operations.
Monitor and track project-related expenditures and maintain financial records.
Manage calendars and appointments for team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
Provide ad-hoc support as required by the project or management team.
Requirements:
Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Words/PowerPoint)
Good communication and organizational skills
Highly self-motivated, good working attitude and a good team player
Independent with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
